Can I give negative stars? Placed a pickup order after I saw a $5 off promo for in-airport pickup orders. They were out of both things I ordered and said that they couldn’t cancel the order, so I got charged by Uber Eats for zero food. Frustrating

I was almost certain that being in the airport, it would be more expensive than normal. Prices seemed on par with any other Panda Express. Service was fast, food was great as I expect of Panda Express. There were a couple of kind of weird comments from the cashier that made cashing it a little weird. That's ok though. Staff was on point overall, efficient, and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend this location for food if you are hungry in the Tampa Airport.

One girl on the line filling orders. One on the register 30 people in line seen what I thought was the manager. Turns out he's the district manager. I told him these girls need help out here. His response was we're hiring next week and walks in the back room didn't even help with the line of people. Nika. You rock Not sure how you held your composure when you got no support from your management team. You deserve a raise this was at Tampa international airport
