Our server, Matthew, was outstanding. He recommended the chef's special...ravioli stuffed with prosciutto. It was absolutely delicious. Luca, the chef, along with Matthew are assets to Pané Rustica. My friend ordered her favorite...Penna Rustica.

Used to love this place, we were seated in a totally quiet room in the back second time this happened while the much livelier part of the restaurant where there was plenty of seating available was not offered. When i went to say we would like to move i had to explain why, so i was quite blunt. If i wanted to be seated in a room alone away from the restaurant i could have dined in my kitchen at home. Then had to keep repeating myself. Finally they then said I've put a note to never seat you there again, which i didn't ask for either. Then our server who was extremely lively like we were at a magic show showed up a little over the top, then the food was kinda basic. Guys i want to come back let's fix this!!!

8/29/25 I love trying out new places this place in particular was highly recommended so we gave it a try our server. Matthew was very nice. We were a party of four. We shared two appetizers and each of us got an entrée. I thoroughly enjoyed the spaghetti ciao Bella the salmon look delicious and I have to say the watermelon appetizer salad was probably one of my favorite watermelon salad I’ve ever had

Swordfish was a perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce that didn't overwhelm the flavor of the fish. Roaster cauliflower was a yummy side dish grilled dorade fish delicate and lightly seasoned brought out the sweet mild flavor of the fish. Apple pie for dessert to top it all off is a must end to the meal!
Filet cut like butter with a butter knife, and the snapper was amazing! Hidden gem for sure

Disappointed in the food. My husbands pasta came in a bbq sauce and that wasn't in the description. My bolognese needed more meat. It was mostly pasta and sauce.

Pane Rustica is one of the best dining experiences in Tampa! From the food the the staff and ambiance- our family has never once had a bad experience here and we have been coming for over 8 years now. The menu is never boring and keeps us excited to see what they have!

Our favorite neighborhood restaurant! The black pepper crusted tuna was absolutely amazing last night! They changed the Caesar dressing back to the original one which was always a favorite of ours. Bbq chicken pizza is always great as well. Do yourself a favor and try it for dinner, everyone goes for lunch but sleep on their dinner menu!
