Giving all Paneras a bad rep here. The bagel was as hard as a rock, the soup was served with a fork, and the cream cheese tasted like cottage cheese and was old. Also ordered soufflés and asked which ones they had left and ordered from the selection given to us but when we got to the window there were none.
Avocado egg white is not worth getting for $7 u only get as much as a chunk of avocado and it’s okay if they slice it and make multiple little layers but as u can see my avocado is also brown and my tomatoes aren’t even spread evenly as will stacked so I have to individually pick them and reorganize them before I can eat. Not worth getting
I even asked if that’s all I get for the avocados and unfortunately it is

Done with this place. The service is consistently slow or runs out of basic things like croissants all the time. Today they run out of what I order. After 10 minutes in the drive thru they ask me to pull forward to make a different order. Then forget to bring it. I go inside and the lady says oh we didn’t make it and we’ll remake it.

I’m a regular at Panera Bread—I visit daily, sometimes multiple times a day, at locations all over Tampa. It’s my go-to spot for a good coffee and a quiet place to work (or at least that’s the dream).
However, some locations could really benefit from enforcing a no-loitering policy or setting a time limit. I’ve walked into spots where it feels like a domino tournament is in full swing or someone’s hosting a board meeting (complete with pie charts, I kid you not). And then there are the “regulars” who are so regular they might as well have their mail forwarded there.
All this traffic means the restrooms can get… uh, let’s just say “well-loved.” Occasionally, they’re a little dirty, a little smelly, and sometimes straight-up intimidating. (I’ve seen cleaner port-a-potties at a music festival.)
Panera, I love you, but maybe it’s time to reel it in a bit—less “community center,” more “café.” A little enforcement could go a long way in keeping the experience pleasant for everyone. Still, your food and coffee keep me coming back. I just try to steer clear of the restroom roulette.

Worst Panera in Tampa. They are always short staffed and will not open at the regular scheduled time. I wouldn’t come back to this Panera if they paid me. This is no way to run a franchise. The management should be fired.

MAN, Panera sees me about once a week I LOVE it's You Pick Two option. I always get the broccoli cheddar soup and a sandwich. It hits the spot every single time I typically get a chicken sandwich and customize it with extra toppings and explore the condiments that they offer. I love dipping said sandwich in my soup for additional flavor Lol. Sometimes, I even throw some of the chicken in my soup. I love the option of going through the drive-thru or dining in, especially since it has such a homey feel. I even appreciate the ability to do some work using their free WiFi option.
