I ordered a salad which was not fresh at all. ones i opened the packaging, I saw that the avocado was spoiled which is also visible in the photo.

Placed a delivery order on 10-12-25 while staying at Embassy Suites Westshore and you guessed it, order was missing items and inedible. Caesar salad was supposed to have an add-on of rice blend and of course, it was missing. Most of the salad fell out in delivery bag anyways. Substituted bread for fruit cup and you guessed it, they did not send fruit cup with order. They did send me an apple, so they were in the same food group I suppose. Chicken and wild rice soup was simply a cup of oil and scant remnants of chicken. Folks, if you are traveling and in the Tampa Westshore are, go elsewhere. Deleting my Panera bread app now as I am typing … thanks but no thanks

1 Star (because zero isn’t an option) If you’re looking for comfort food after a brutal shift, do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I dragged myself in, exhausted and starving, hoping for a warm bowl of mac and cheese to salvage my night. What did I get? A sad, cold, congealed mess that looked like it had been scooped straight from a fridge and dumped into a bowl with zero care.
I sent it back, expecting at least a shred of decency—maybe a “sorry” or a fresh bowl that wasn’t an insult to dairy. Nope. The woman behind the counter didn’t say a single word. Not a glance, not a nod, not even a fake smile. Just snatched the bowl and walked off like I was the problem.
This place has the warmth of a morgue and the hospitality of a DMV on a Monday morning. If you want overpriced disappointment served with a side of indifference, congratulations—you’ve found your spot. Otherwise, run far.

Ugh! I love Panera but the one at Westshore was a disappointment today. My sad tomato basil BLT had 2 pieces of bacon and zero basil. I was so hungry after waiting too long, I just ate my bread, tomato, lettuce and mayo (per usual the bread was awesome). The green tea that is usually amazing wasn’t sweetened like usual, and the bathroom was super gross. It wasn’t even super busy. Hopefully this was a one off, but overall, no bueno. :(

Today was a fiasco, it started from a new girl messing up our order 5 times and us having to pay twice just to get a cup of soup- The soup was lukewarm and not even half full. I asked for them to add some more to the cup and got snarky with me. The eating area also smelled really awful! The smell did not go away- chemicals plus toilet like a porter potty.

Need to be more courteous about greeting promptly, repeatedly have experienced multiple workers behind counter and no one said hello and have to wait awhile for service, this is not a drive through location and expect better.
The ceiling, lighting, and dining room fixtures could use a refresh- rusting, dusty and not appealing to sit under.

If a 0 star was available that is what you deserve. Do not order a toasted frontega from this location they will give you a dried sandwich stuffed only with chicken they do not know it should include cheese basil or that the onions and tomatoes should be thinly sliced to enjoy the sandwich they do not know what extra sauce is or any for that matter. customer service out of the window your manager with the glasses/curly hair is up there twisting his neck at customers arguing back and forth as if we are not paying customers. How about learning how to manage things or perhaps working to get the orders out in time and not rushing to where a proper sandwich can’t even be prepared instead a lot of training opportunities are being missed at this location. After going twice trying to see if the first error was just a bad day… i see that is not the case they just don’t care, simple. Also I will be sending back the $4 coupon you sent me to compensate my $13 frontega that was ruined not once but twice for that matter Thanks but No Thanks!
