To go with my green tea ice tea that I got free from my Sips Club, I chose my best soup ever, Autumn Squash. They used to serve this only in the fall as 'seasonal favorite' u and the "seasonal favorite" sign is still up so I guess this is the new spring seasonal favorite. I always ask for changing the standard baguette side for an apple as a my side. You have or ask for a different side whether ordering in person at the counter with a person, at the self-order kiosk or on the app. Service today is fast and good.. Soup is thick and creamy, as yummy as ever. you can use an accessible kiosk for self-ordering, and for ordering in person. The food pick up shelf is very high. They have an Accessible entry/exit with a door. The venue is accessible except for the high food pick-up for dining in. They have several indoor accessible tables, with some booths. The Outdoor accessible tables have umbrellas that block sun at mid day sun but not late day. The community bulletin board for non profit and school fundraiser events has only two notes today. The Menus posted on the wall behind service counter are dark letters on light background, fairly readable. Accessible men and women's restrooms with 3ft x 5ft space. Accessible van parking in free lot shared with US Post Office and a few other venues.
Vegetarian options: There are several salad options that are meat free, pastries, muffins, egg sandwiches etc.

Ever single day that I’ve been here which is about two days a week, the bathrooms smell SO BAD. I’m writing this to beg please clean the bathrooms. I gag every time I even walk NEAR the bathrooms. Please please please please clean it there is no way that smell is normal. How can it be there for a month straight. I’m actually concerned. Good food though

We ordered the cranberry orange slice, chicken bacon rancher, caramel latte and the signature hot chocolate. The food was quite good as well as value for money. The drinks took a long time to arrive and the food was getting cold... And they were sub standard. The chocolate was just like instant chocolate or even worse and the caramel latte had almost no chocolate flavor. It took too long even though the place was not very busy.

I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken today and my sandwich had I piece or two of chicken. I honestly don't know what to say I've ordered the sandwich before and it's been packed with chicken. I was so hungry I eat my sad bread with a drizzle of bbq sauce some cheese and a piece or two of chicken. Don't get food here!

The soda machine tastes spoiled like it hasn't been cleaned of mold. The place always, ALWAYS, smells like burnt food.

I ordered through the kiosk at the front, and my experience at this Panera Bread location was extremely disappointing. First, there were flies in the cafe, and instead of focusing on the customers and food, the workers were laughing and flirting with each other. When my order was ready, it was left on the counter without being called out, so I had to check the ticket myself.
When I sat down to eat, I noticed that my sandwich still had feta cheese, even though I had specifically asked for it to be removed. I brought it back to the counter, showed them the receipt, and they said they would fix it. However, when I received the "new" sandwich, it was clear that they simply handed me back the same one I had returned, missing the French baguette and toothpick. When I pointed this out, the employee casually said, "Oh, my bad," with no genuine apology.
After receiving the remade sandwich, I checked it again only to find that it still had feta cheese, and now barely any hummus. It felt like they were deliberately skimping on ingredients because I returned the sandwich earlier. To top it off, when I requested a refund, they made a big deal about processing it and attempted to refund it to a card I did not recognize, even though I don’t have any saved cards on the app.
This entire experience was frustrating, and I will never return to this location. I ended up going next door to Fresh Kitchen, where I had a much better experience.

When we left the airport, we saw the place and decided to stop by for a meal. It's a self-service restaurant. I ordered a strawberry chicken salad, which was generously portioned and tasted good. The vegetables were very fresh. My boyfriend's sandwich was also nice, and I liked their latte. The music inside was a bit loud, around 68 decibels.
