They just need to close all of the Panera Breads. What used to be a great place for a hot morning bagel at a reasonable price and served up quick and fresh is now anything but that. Over priced….to get a bagel takes about 5+ minutes, has to go down to the kitchen and it comes out cold. Then they give you rock hard butter to put on your cold bagel. They’ve taken away the toaster and microwave that used to allow you to reheat it. What happened to Panera Bread after COVID?? I’m done.

My lunch was ok, very hastily scrambled together. My husband ordered a whole steak and cheese on a baguette. he got 2 little pieces with very little meat or anything else on it. Staff said that they couldn't handle it & were unhelpful. It's probably the worst Panera experience we've ever had.

Absolutely terrible service and food. My son’s soup was half full. It looked like Progresso. My sandwich looked like this with 4 pieces of TIRED greens. Meat on half. The ordering system is antiquated. The whole place is old. How are they still open? I’ll never eat here again.

Placed an order online with specific instructions on how to deliver food to my receptionist at my law firm. My food never was delivered. Called the store spoke with Becky catering coordinator who argued me down that my food was delivered by a doordash driver well we have cameras it's a law firm never made it to suite 300. Becky decided to argue with me instead of apologizing for the in convenience of my delivery. She is the absolute worst employee at that location. If zero stars could be given I would. Lost my business after today. Also reporting her to corporate office which is down the street from me on Cypress.

This place is a fraud. I bought a croissant with turkey and cheese no egg and I paid almost $8, wich it will be ok if you get a representative croissant. The worst part was that I asked the manager because I was impressed with the small size of the croissant and he said "yes that's the price ". I don't know if is the same on every single panera, I hope not. Never comeback to this one.
This Panera is a train wreck. It’s filthy—from where I’m currently sitting, I see used plastic utensils on the floor and numerous tables that haven’t been bussed. Half the sodas on the fountain are out of order. They’re severely understaffed for the number of customers in here, and the staff that are here seem undertrained based on my interactions with them. There are no pagers for the self-serve station. Several tables are wobbly. This Panera seems to have decided that, because they’re at a busy intersection, they don’t have to care in order to bring in high volume—from the looks of things, they’re sadly right, but it still leaves a very poor impression.

Food is good, but salad sizes are inconsistent. Every time I go there, the salad sizes are either a bit larger or a lot smaller than my previous visit. I'm never sure what I'll get. I've started getting my salads from other restaurants.

i ordered a napa chicken salad sandwich, which comes with grapes, almonds, MAYO, and usually shredded chicken. The sandwich they gave me was only chicken not even mayo on it. This is actually disgusting, the chicken they gave me had all these thick veins on it that the chicken wouldn’t even come apart. You don’t have to make my sandwich as if the place is gourmet but you would get a better sandwich at the gas station. Im putting this on every review page I can cause this is GROSS.

Super rude employee.I stoped by one of my favorite places to sadly find one of the rudest and miserable person working customer service being the face of Panera Bread. I am so sad for how I complaint with her manager, this one behaving worst than the employee covering the employee’s faults. This definitely tells me not to stop by that restaurant ever again to see unhappy and miserable people that abuse customers because they are permitted to. We are in the era of NO WORK ETHICS!
