Yesterday - at 6:54 I was able to get decaf coffee, but the secure spectrum Wi-Fi is OFF again

Today - 1pm Has DeCafe coffee in afternoon, its not in the back!

Monday - Has DeCafe coffee in afternoon
Friday Night - No DeCafe Coffee Again for Sip Club Members - ONLY CAFFEINATED coffee - INVENTORY ALERT - the cashier had to put HAZELNUT COFFEE (not DeCafe) - Went to Moe’s for dinner since no DeCafe I’ll be back same time tomorrow
Sunday - No DeCafe Coffee at 2:08 pm and it was a hassle to get it. They said “We stopped selling it” But the people behind me wanted DeCafe coffee. We waited 15 plus minutes. I’m a sip club member!!
Last week - since there was DeCafe coffee “behind the counter” I went ahead and ordered a Bagel.
7 days ago - I got a sandwich because there was DeCafe Coffee available as well as plenty of spectrum secure WiFi
I arrived at 4.45pm and No DeCafe Coffee, so “I asked a team member “ behind the counter and he brought out the “Entire DeCafe Coffee Container !!” So I could have TONS OF DECAFE COFFEE! And The Spectrum Secure WiFi has been ON and working for WEEKS NOW!
Later in the afternoon, I could not order decaf coffee, but why is there caffeinated coffee on the menu?
I’m a SIP CLUB Member at $15.00 per month so I’ll order what I want to drink.

So disappointed in my order today. Spent close to 30 to provide bagels to my staff and they are as hard as a rock. Im pretty sure you served me day old bagels.

I always loved the almond bear claw and pecan braid. Instead now they have almond pastry and pecan braid that is smaller and no pecans. Typical same price and cheapen the product. I won’t be back 😢

Please ?? update the app bc I ordered the autumn soup and when I went to pick up my meal, I was told that you are sold out and have NO other Veg options. They didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience. This is why we usually drive to the location on 54 bc that location is better managed.

Food just sucks. the mangers apparently can’t order anything fresh & the online ordering is never updated correctly. management really does suck. poor kids working there are gonna get blamed for stuff that isn’t their fault & the managers won’t care. do better.

Breakfast is not their strong suit. The Steak & Wake sandwich, an orange scone, and a large coffee $15!!! The steak in the breakfast sandwich wasn't very good, the scone was disappointing, and the coffee was so weak. Panera's food is overpriced and overrated. McDonald's does a better breakfast.
