Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere was very disappointing. The staff appeared disengaged, inattentive, and unwelcoming. Every table in the restaurant was dirty, despite there being multiple employees on duty and no customers at the time. The lack of basic care and attention was surprising. The food itself was okay but would’ve been nice to have a clean place to sit.

Darwin is awesome!! Great customer service! I am disappointed as I spoke with the manager about the quality of the plain bagels. The bagels are really dark and the only excuse is that they place them on different sections in the oven or the timer issue! This is not something that should be out for customers to buy! Please do better! Not taking pride in your product.

Wish I would have seen all these reviews ahead of time..... but honestly I didn't really have to much of an issue, I did get a chocolate chip cookie though and that thing was bout hard as a rock, lol please start cooking them like the other paneras. SOFT!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Zack for his excellence in customer service this morning! I hadn't been to a Panera in a very long time. Zack took time to insure that my order included the trimmings I like and no surprises. I feel like a valued customer! Thanks Zack!

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I received cold bread with slightly melted cheese. It tastes terrible. The service was nice at the register but the people who were serving the food seemed as cold as my sandwich.
I originally placed an order the day before for pickup at the Lutz location on 54 and when I got there they said they had a very large order come in and couldn't make mine. My coworkers were expecting Panera so I was panicking and angry.

Need a place to study, meet for Bible study, or a corner to read, consider Panera Bread. The food is delicious. Grab a jacket because its going to feel like a blizzard. Nothing a hot cup of coffee can handle.

Really nice options to pick from for lunch or dinner. The seasonal menu was really good also. Calories are listed for the options which is great to help make a healthy selection. Friendly and professional employees with a nice atmosphere.

Not a friendly staff at all The guy that gave me the food told me you can’t change the side with very rude tone and attitude ,which I didn’t even know ,or the cashier told me ,then i checked Panera app and it gave you the option for sides which i choose one , I went to the manager and i told her ,i told her even my sandwich doesn’t have the zest sweet pepper,which supposed to have She replied in a rude way too ,i know ,i told the employee not to do that again!!!!!! What ?!she said can i remake your sandwich a cold and more rude that her employee I told her No But next time treat people nicer than this She said ok ,have a nice day !!!!!!!!!! No more going to this place Very rude,unfriendly!!!!!!!!
