Did call in order. Got home missing food and drink. Order was partly wrong. Wanted Mac n cheese but got soup instead. Too far away to go back. Really disappointed as they were not even busy. Lost my business

Terrible experience at this Panera. The coffee was cold, overly creamy, and tasted like it never saw an espresso shot. Our bagels weren’t sliced or toasted, and the cinnamon crunch bagels had zero crunch—if they changed the recipe, it’s not for the better. We wish we had read the reviews beforehand. Easily the worst Panera we’ve ever been to. Save your money and skip this location.

When did Panera stop caring about their employees being courteous? It’s not only Panera, it seems to be every restaurant these days. Their employees are either mute or rude.

Employee dispatching take out orders can be more polite with customers. Food was okay but customer service sucks.

You have probably 10 employees working standing around doing nothing. Going in for a rapid order pick up and it takes five minutes for somebody to just make eye contact with you. Finally, I ask somebody to help with the online orders and it clears out the line instantly. I was told mine was still being made, so I waited, which is fine. After several minutes I ask for assistance a second time, magically, my order is now sitting on the counter. For how long? Who knows. The staff needs better training and that comes from management. Disappointing experience, you can get better service from a McDonald’s.

Felt like a fool being taken advantage of. In all my years of dining out the portions of the 3 breakfast sandwiches I got were pathetic. They were the size of a no bigger than 3 inches. I am serious when I say 3 bites per half. They were 7.99 each. If you want portion value for your money run away from Panera bread as fast as you can. Total ripoff.

Dalton and the young man that made my sandwich were awesome and friendly. I enjoyed working with them and had great conversation with the both of them. The manager who was behind the counter doing counts near the checkout counter sneezed and didn't wah his hands continelued to do his counts and not even wash his hands. That was a big turn off for me to come back to this location.

Darwin is the best!!! The man is very helpful and very nice. The food tasted good and the atmosphere was family oriented. He even brought my food to me even though i never asked him. 6/5 service🤌
