ordered panera via uber eats and have been to panera in the past and enjoyed it. 38 dollars later I ordered a bowl a broccoli cheddar for my wife and a cup a french onion soup for me and a sandwhich which was 9 dollars and was like 14 to make it a whole which I didn't do. My soup came half full with no cheese and they supplemented my bread on the side with trashy chips. 38 dollars for this I will never order from here again the most overpriced garbage ever.

I went in ordered my food but I did request to speak to a manager based on my order . I’m not sure if this manager was having a bad day but she was extremely rude, rolled her eyes or took my concerns seriously . As a customer, I felt disrespected that I wasn’t heard or my issue wasn’t resolved. I asked for her name and what I got from her was Zoe with a nasty attitude. I’m really upset with my experience with this location on how I was treated today

I usually love to stop here with my friend who lives close. This past visit was lackluster. It was not a yummy salad like I normally get, and while I understand food is hard to keep fresh it had already turned brown. I should've asked for a replacement, but I am always afraid of the replacement. So while it's my fault for not saying something while dining, I will give it another try next time.

Ordered for pickup, email says food is ready. So I go in, it's not in the pickup area, so I waited thinking they just need another minute. I wait, seeing they're moderately busy I hesitated to ask for help. When I finally asked the employee didn't know where my food was. Finally found my food that had been sitting on a random counter, now cold because the staff wouldn't put it in the correct pickup area.So if you order pickup, expect to look around the location and find where else they might have put it, because they do not use the designated pickup area.

Call this survivor food. Go there if you have limited or no option. This location, in particular, is one of the first of this chain. It's run down. I found the restrooms extremely dirty. The you pick two I ordered couldn't be customized and they were out of ingredients. The night manager was not there and there was a substitute who couldn't identify himself as the substitute manager.

I always order lunch catering and always have a positive experience. Online ordering is pretty simple. I deal with Stephanie the catering coordinator who also delivers to me. Very personable and always on time. Everyone enjoys their boxed lunches personally made for them. It's the little details that matter.

The place was shut down by health inspectors, available by public record and it's easy to see why, live and dead roaches everywhere, flies on clean dishes, and mold on food contact surfaces. If you think this is only part of an inspection, a friend that currently works there says this is all a normal part of the establishment and that there has been roaches where they prep the food. on the bread displayed, and in the soup. I will never be going back to this place and for your safety I would not either.
