I usually come here because of the sip club; that’s about it. But otherwise, there’s a big risk of your food getting stolen if you order from the app. Panera should think about investing in greater security.
However, the service overall is decent and there are plenty of comfy chairs here for you to rest & work. I’ve had food here a few times and I never had any problems with it here. Overall, I will keep coming back here.

I remember getting food, someone else grabbed my package and they didn't even bother to remake it. I got the fountain drink but the soda fountain was broken, so I had to resort to their bad coffee. Not many choices in that facility that day, or I would've picked something else.

Love that they keep it clean, foods good, but each time I tried their coffees from urns was like it had been sitting for few hours. Wanted to like their coffee but looks like someone is not ensuring urns need fresh coffee every half hour. So I now just go to Starbucks 4 blocks away.
