Love that they keep it clean, foods good, but each time I tried their coffees from urns was like it had been sitting for few hours. Wanted to like their coffee but looks like someone is not ensuring urns need fresh coffee every half hour. So I now just go to Starbucks 4 blocks away.

Listen!!! I don't know what angels are assigned to the location on causeway but hunny the Flatbread there is Heavenly. The customer service is on point and DON'T get me started on the soup with that warm bread.... y'all pull up 10/10

This is in the student union of USF. They did a great job. They had great customer service from the person ringing us up to those that delivered the food to us with a smile. You can even use your Panera bread phone number to get rewards at this place. I had a chai tea latte with almond milk and an extra pump of chai and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. Both were very delicious.

Ordered from the kios and waited about 15 minutes to find out they were out of the soufflé and had to get something else. Waited another 20 minutes to get my food
