My first time visiting they can with on customer service more better I guess because we wasn't Spanish we didn't feel welcome.. over all the coffee was good, I got the classic Cuban sandwich it was okay. My husband got the steak sandwich it was ok should have ask for extra meat

Do not know it was because of the holidays and they were pretty busy, but my experience this time was really unpleasant. First of all women bathroom was really dirty and one out 2 was out of service, I had to use men's bathroom. Attention was bad, they were misinforming people and giving them hopes about getting "Pan de Jamon" if they will come after certain time and they knew, they weren't going to be able to provide the product since the beginning. Food wasn't bad but either great. They need to work on those Patacones. Great flavor but too much plantain.

I have ordered meat empanadas, chicken empanadas, tequeños and cachitos; The last two (cachitos and tequeños) were good, the empanadas on the other hand, apart from being small, the stew I didn't like the dough is good, maybe if they order the cheese empanada it would be better... but their meat and chicken stew are definitely not my favorites

We went to have empanadas for breakfast at 1910 N Lincoln Ave, Tampa, FL 33607 following the GPS directions 👉 (Venezuelan food near me). The empanada trays were empty, there was only 1 meat empanada on display so I understood we have to wait for them to make one by one and due to time factor since we are working I approached the register to ask where the pieces were because that must be ready. The cashier looked us up and down and said decide if you are going to eat here or take out. And I was surprised by the disdain in her tone and attitude. Even so, I smiled kindly and asked him about the little pieces that I didn't see in the display case to see if I could take them at once or if I also waited and he rolled his eyes upwards in a sign of annoyance, and at that point I thought, what's wrong with him? We said let's sit down, she gave us a menu and said sit there, we sat down, we waited for approximately 5 minutes for the other friendly young woman that we saw serving another table, we waited but no one came to take the order. At that time the same thing happened with a woman who spoke in English, she came in and stood in front of the cashier and also treated her badly, then the young woman took her cell phone again, I looked at my husband and he told me let's go and I thought yes. It's the best. A shame because the empanadas and the food in the photos looked delicious and when you arrive the place seems cozy but it wasn't. Maybe today was having a bad day, the young woman at the checkout but 🤷 it's not the customers' fault, after seeing that the entire display case was empty tells me that it is not the type of places we like to frequent. I don't know if the young woman is an employee or owner but negatively affects the establishment. Unfortunately I would not return nor recommend it😞we left there directly to the nearest place.

Very bad experience in this place, I do not recommend it at all. I ordered some empanadas and the meat inside the empanada was cold. The waitress had the nerve to not accept that the food was cold, very bad service, bad food, real rubbish.
