I was at first upset you closed at 4 when I got there at 4:10, but after finding out that you got busted for having rodent droppings and over 100 dead and alive roaches all over, I was glad I didn't eat there. I've been there a couple times and will never eat there again. I'll also make sure all the other people at our college doesn't step foot in there either.

I have never tried a Cuban sandwich as amazing as the one from Papa Joe’s! The flavors were absolutely incredible—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of authentic taste. Hands down the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Ordered a Cuban and chicken parm both sandwiches were disgusting! Cuban had packaged meat and poorly assembled . The pork tasted old and had fatty pieces. The chicken parm was grilled like frozen strips . Waste of money !!! Never again

Got the pulled pork with black beans/rice. The pork is dry, looks chewed vs shredded. Gamey tasting too. Horrid. Charged me $10 for it too. I can't believe they serve this.

I found a nail in my sandwich. When I went inside the store there was a black guy in training. And he served me. The presentation of both sandwiches I bought were unacceptable and nasty! Definitely all depends who makes your food. First time I went both sandwiches were delicious and served to me very neatly!
