We keep ordering from this location, and every time it's a big disappointment. If the pizza was good, I could overlook the poor service. What happened to Papa Johns? Bad ingredients, worse pizza, I guess it's going to be Dominoes from now on.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. Ordered my pizza (delivery) at 11:15pm and was told it would be 30-40 minutes and it is now 12:45am and I still haven’t received it. Called the store back several times and was told that they don’t know where the driver is but they left the store with my food at 11:50pm. (The store is 3 miles from my hotel)

I used to love the pizza from this location but the last few times and especially tonight the pizzas have been horrible literally inedible. The crust we used to love was like paper and all of our requests square cut and well done were ignored. The biggest disappointment is the pizza order was $70 and the food was trash. I am not sure what is going on. The manager took little accountability and I will move my business to Colony Grill in Midtown for good after this experience. Thanks for the memories Papa John’s.

Every time I ask for paper plates and cups they never bring them, I even call to ask for them and still never bring them
Terrible wait time. Ordered doordash from a different restaurant at 6:30, waited an hour and a half and decided to cancel since restaurant never finished making.
Ordered from here afterwards and another hour and a half and they decided to send the order through doordash, still not picked up. Confirmed there was a tip on order and I almost always give more cash at delivery. Other reviews also say tip doesnt matter.
On hold forever on phone and online customer support says they cannot do anything. In a hotel and cannot make my own food. Do I spend yet another $25 and go somewhere else? It takes $75 and the whole evening just to eat something decent? DoorDash aside, This papa johns location needs to do much better.
Edit: Food cold and hard. Probably sat under a warming light and forgot about. Too late to order anywhere else. Thanks papa johns.

Worst store the manager Melissa was so rude, the messed up the delivery and was told they are remaking the order and will be delivered in 30 minutes, but it was 40 minutes and order was not delivered. Called to see what happened was told we are very busy and will ll be delivered in next 15 minutes. The driver came to deliver the pizza instead of giving the pizza the driver took the pizza back . When I called back Melissa was very rude and hung up n me. They need to learn to respect their customers. I would not recommend that store to anyone. Worst customer service ever.

Amazing pizza and brownies, i got a pick up order and when i walked in it took 5-7 minutes to get my food, and the manager was screaming a little loud at his workers, not in a mean way.
Parking: if it’s busy it can be packed
