I ordered a pizza about 30 minutes before they closed. I went to the wrong papa John’s but the current one I’m at offered to make it because they’re open later than than the 7891 Gunn hwy location. I got a phone call from Phil I believe asking if I was coming in before they closed for the night. I told him about my mix up and he was so understanding. So kind over the phone, this guy is killing it as well as the lovely people at 4231 Gunn Hwy location. Thanks guys!

Been going to this Papa John’s for a few years. Two cups of cheese, juicy pepper, signature garlic sauce, and fresh sides like that cookie pizza and the AMAZING new breadstick recipe. In terms of quick-service pizza I’d honestly give this a huh rating last time I had it. As with everything there have been ups and downs but I like it.

the quality of this papa johns has fallen to an abysmal point. multiple pizzas ordered on different dates, ubereats and pick up, each not cut fully, each incredibly thin and cooked too long, consistently missing parts of the order (like no extra sauce or no topping). i keep trying to give this place a chance because papa john’s is my favorite pizza, but since they stopped delivering to my address (literally 5 miles away from this location) they have not put any effort into their product at all. shame on me for continuing to patronize this place that clearly does not care about the product or the customer. do yourself a favor and order from a local pizza place and not on this incredibly soulless location

The fact that they opened the same day as Milton coming through! They definitely have me as a forever customer. Nothing bad to say at all. Thank you guys so much for being willing to go to work and service people without power and who lost a lot of their perishable food.

I order here when I get discount card because it's way overpriced for simple pizza. The boneless wings are terrible in my opinion. For some reason 2024 it seems like they don't know how to make a NY style crust and they aren't making it proper XL size. It slides around in box so much they could put it in a Large box.

But one of those cars for 50% off online orders It hasn't worked since day one Manager told me that the Citrus Park location as long as I have the card since I had so many problems I can use it for another year went through this last weekend refused by the other manager just because you said it was expired I said I understand that but the other store manager said I could still use it denied me access didn't even text him didn't even ask kind of sucks you buy something and it doesn't work and you still can't use it

Pizza was allright wings were bad. Service was horrible. Manager is an ahole. Your food is ready and you are the only one standing at the counter but he keep ignoring you. He doesn't bring your food for 10min. He goes back find something else to do instead of helping you out. You have to yell at him so he can bring your order. Never ever go there .

Pizza was fine but no matter how nicely you ask and no matter how many you PAY FOR (because they are not free you have to pay for each and every one) they WILL NOT give you ANY sauce. Every time I order I never get the sauce I paid for. I am not sure what is so hard about making sure the order is correct or checking your work.

Delivery driver has no respect. Yelled at me saying all these profanity words, I reported the issue to the manager and nothing was offered or said to correct the problem..they definitely lost a loyal customer
