The workers will not greet you. They will literally walk by you without asking if you’re here for pick up or have you been helped. I watched them walk by for 20 minutes just to see if they would at least greet me. No one did. I walked to the counter and finally spoke up. I have not spent my money here since.

Treated very terrible also tip the guy after he was super rude I will never go back there again

Placed Delivery order got told driver couldn’t locate and they sent back got told no refund after I tipped online for delivery bad service do not recommend

I was a “walk in”. Wanted a medium pizza. Asked about specials. She said I had to go online to do that. Really? I’m standing at the counter but to get a deal I have to ”go online”? Not exactly customer friendly or accommodating. I walked out.

Worst day to order from this Papa John's. The order was placed for 5 pizzas and it was cancelled for no reason. Called to talk to manager about the order and he reported no order and hung up. Do not order from this location. I have done business with other locations but this one refused our order and hung up on the phone.

Perfect delivery! Made my order how I wanted and did NOT forget to add the extra stuff like garlic sauce, powder etc. The pizza was super hot and freshly made. Thanks guys for your hard work!

The worker who cashed me out was rude. Here on vacation- the hotel gave us a code for 20% off. Placed an order over the phone... told them I had a 20% code... he told me to give it to them at pickup. The guy at pick-up told me it had to be used online... gave me attitude and then said he would do it... but the total only reflected 10%. Most I've ever paid for a large pizza and cheese bread. Haven't had Papa Johns in years... thanks to this experience not going to be back anytime soon.

The driver gave my pizza to a different random house… And then it’s another hr before they can deliver another!! And thier attitude was, we can refund you or wait a hr. Horrible. Horrible. horrible.

Try to order on line got to the address information and it kept refuseing to accept it

Awesome service and quality food and delivery was super fast . Had an issue with a pizza I made a phone call and the manager Sean took care of it without even basically blinking an eye . Thank you very much and we'll see you soon with our next order!
