Even though I made the mistake on the order the cashier focused more on proving me wrong than me walking out the store happy but what I didn’t like she had the nerve to tell me have a good night knowing my order was incorrect I did make a mistake on my order but the hospitality was off in an establishment a paying customer is always right

I ordered food for pick up July 19, 2025, when I got there only one person (Rebecca) was working, I have to commend her for her great personality and speed, orders were coming. And her took care of all four people in the lobby. My only question was why only one person working, again I thought she did a great job. Please get the lady some help especially at the busy times of the day. Great job Rebecca and yes I would recommend this store on North Florida Avenue in Tampa Florida, they always do a great job. Two thumbs up and five stars!!!

I saw they do not use gloves when preparing the pizza. They went to the boxes, the oven, handing orders, and back to making pizza without gloves or washing their hands. I observed while waiting for my pizza. If you don't want to use gloves, then wash your hands before someone gets sick.

Your delivery driver got pretty nasty with my wife because he couldn't find our address... it literally said 12183 armenia gables cir and wife was standing in the back and he was standing in the middle of the complex... check your driver's before I do

My NY style pizza and the Philly Cheesesteak Papadia was AWESOME! Delivery was fast. Food was still hot. Delivery guy was very polite. Will order from them again. It was delicious!

I don't know what any yall talking about but this pizza is on point just ordered one I will definitely be back the only issue is I wasn't informed when asked if any specials were going on I could have got a free pizza which this is exactly what I ordered which sucks considering I could have got one for my grandma and my son instead of just one
