My pizza box’s seal was cut open by Asian guy door dash delivery. Disrespectful; almost left my pizza outside the gate on the ground. Lazy and rude. If Papa John’s choose to use door dash delivery, papa John needs to monitor and get feedback from customers on delivery from door dash especially I am paying door dash fee and tips to delivery guys.

I ordered from papa John’s website so that I could avoid the horrible drivers from DoorDash and they send my pizza with a door dash driver. Unbelievable, I had to get in my car and drive around to find my pizza. Get the pizza… its cold… and not sealed… call me crazy but I’ll never order from here again.

Ordered a pizza delivered a few weeks back and it was awful. All the ingredients slide off when you pick it up. Actually stopped in the store and ordered cheese sticks and ask they cut them wide and substitute the pizza sauce with garlic butter, neither were done.
The service is terrible, the food is also terrible, I went with my 4 year old son for two pizzas and they made me wait 2 hours, I think they didn't even take my order, my son was dying of hunger and I only watched as they delivered the pizzas to him. The others, I don't speak English and they ignored me worse, and seeing the desperation of my son who was very hungry, I approached him with a stronger tone, and then I realized that he didn't even They had taken my order, after this they will give me an order that wasn't even mine, but I couldn't wait any longer for my son, terrible in every way

Dylan was great and made life worth living with his pizza skills. The call center said we couldn't get the flavored crust and stuffed crust at the same time. Dylan made it happen. He also saved my cat from a burning building and helped an old lady across the street at the same time (metaphorically). At least that's what this pizza taste likes thanks to him!

Don't order after 10. They'll give your order to door dash and you'll get cold food. Then they'll hang up on you when you try and take care of it.

Put in a pickup order for a large pep,light sauce+well done. Went by the store 10 minutes passed my "ready for pickup" My pizza was not even build.
While waiting for my suprisingly late food, I observed both the cooks constantly touching their faces, rubbing their eyes, opening the doors, operating the equipment, and making food; Not one time was a hand washed. Their conversations were of very poor quality as well.
I don't understand how pizza places care so little about quality and cleanliness.
Needless to say, I choked down my raw pizza that was supposed to be well done, as the cheese and sauce gooped off my pizza; Which was supposed to be light.
They also shorted me 1 garlic sauce that I paid for.
Thank you to the employees and management of this location for providing a memorable experience. I hope things get better. I will steel away from here for a bit.
