The young man with the curly hair who got us our pizzas was also the only one in the store making them and taking phone calls and orders, yet he got our hot and tasty pies courteously with a smile as usual. We come here every Thursday and love seeing his smiling cheeerful person. Hope he gets a raise soon!

Ordered my food and waited over an hour to recieve it. When order was delivered the driver didn’t have my food in a warmer bag. When opened food, the items were cold and pizza was dried out. Called the store to report displeasure of my order a lady who claims she was a supervisor was rude, and not understanding about my dissatisfaction and proceeded to yell and give excuses as to why my order was delayed. She advised she sent my order to door dash to deliver it and wasnt obligated to tell me about it. Also advised once the items left the store it has nothing to do with them. Lastly advised because i didnt place a tip online was whyy order was skipped and that was why my food was delayed being delivered. I was furious because i never recieved such poor customer service and really wanted my refund back.

Ordered pizza online and went to pick it up. It had little to no sauce and when I tried to speak to the Spanish manager she became rude to me and my wife and threatened to fight her! I tried every way to report this issue to papa johns but they have not reached back out to us! This place needs new management! I am now going to a different location

Weird Little Crab Thing
Placed an order on their website. Site did not warn me about any issues with order timing. Received an ETA for my order. Order never came. Checked my email to find it's been cancelled. Email said it was a back up in case they couldn't reach me by phone - no one ever called. So, someone realized they weren't going to have my food ready by close, cancelled the order, and didn't bother to let me know my dinner wasn't arriving. Very cool.

Stood at counter and no one would take my order. staff argued amongst themselves of who would take the order and I ended up putting it in online even though I was physically at the location! Not only that but the pizza is is sad and disappointing. Barely any sauce, crust is so thin you cant hold it. Avoid this location at all cost, you will be disappointed.

The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which was evident in their handling of an incorrect order. When approached for correction, the response was discourteous. It's important that customer service includes both accuracy in order fulfillment and a respectful communication approach when addressing any mistakes. Will not order from this location any more.
Not making papa proud at this location.Edit: they were quick to credit me and the remake was pristine. Added a star.

I usually go to the one in lutz but didn’t want to drive I will never go to this one again it tasted like microwaved pizza from the night before. Cheese was hard and bottom was burnt I know it was bad because my kids love pizza and they didn’t want seconds at all!! Waste of $40 never again
