This place always has priorities wrong. Instead of serving waiting customers first so they can leave, the only cashier makes pizza first for 10+ min before addressing customers that's been waiting for them to hand over completed order

The crew is not at all responsive. This is like another worst experience. I dont know how management hire such kind of rude people. I hope they change the crew to who are respectful towards the customer. I am never comming back again here.

I paid $25 for the coldest, driest, pizza just now. It was so dry (barely any sauce or cheese) that it looked like it had been left out for 2 hours. I’m sure it wasn’t left out, it’s that it was just that dry. Called the store, sent this picture, and was told that was normal portions and temperature.
Bought this discount card from a local high school football team. It wasn’t working, so I asked for help getting the code through. The manager said he couldn’t do anything because it’s a corporate promo and walked away. After another 10 minutes he reluctantly came back and rang up my pizzas with a small discount- still spend $35 on two one topping pizzas. Manager was pretty rude at first, but chilled out by the end. I’ll never go back, but if you want to try to use this discount card, have at it. Pizza was standard mediocre Papa John’s, so at least they met expectations there.

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half buffalo chicken and jalapeño, and half cheese, but not even 2 of my slices had any chicken on them. I am very dissatisfied with this service and would not order again.

I ordered carryout and got a great deal : pepperoni pizza, Oreo bites with icing for dessert AND honey chipotle wings all for 20$! (23 w/tax). Everything was hot and fresh also the customer service was kind and professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
