This was hands-down one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Papa John’s expecting, at the very least, something resembling a pizza. What I got instead was a sad, soggy excuse for one. The dough was so thin and flimsy that it couldn’t support its own toppings. By the time I opened the box, the cheese and toppings had completely slid off and were scattered around like leftovers someone shook in transit.
It looked like the pizza lost a fight before it even got to my house.
Thinking mistakes happen, I called the store to get it resolved. I spoke with the manager, Dan, and that’s where things went from bad to worse. He offered absolutely no solution — no remake, no refund, no credit, and no apology for the quality. Just indifference. Apparently serving an inedible product and shrugging it off is acceptable here.
We were forced to eat this disaster because dinner had already been ruined and replaced with frustration. Paying good money to scrape toppings off a box and piece together slices is not anyone’s idea of a meal.
Between the awful quality and even worse customer service, this place has completely lost my business. If you’re thinking about ordering from this Papa John’s, save yourself the money and the disappointment. Never again.

2nd time was let down by this company. The worst pizza ever. Very doughy cold with almost no sauce and toppings. I bought one for delivery at the VA to treat some injured vets was flat out embarrassed. I've had better from frozen Walmart. Last time. Do yourself a favor and skip popa johns.

Do not waste your money paying for extra cheese/toppings because they barely throw any cheese/topping on the pizza. Paid for extra cheese and got this, what a joke. This isn’t even enough cheese for a regular pizza let alone something I paid EXTRA for. This isn’t the first time I purchased from this store and paid for extra toppings for zero reason. Will be my last time buying from this store. Do yourself a favor and just go to the other papa John’s on Bruce b downs

This place is run by an unprofessional insensitive manager who doesnt care about providing good customer service. I ordered a pizza that was never delivered although the status of my order he claimed indicated it was delivered. I called and the manager could care less and didn't even offer an apology. We had already waited over 40 mins and all he offered was to make another one and have it re-delivered in maybe another 25 plus minutes. He had a very flat effect in his tone and simply didnt care. Beware of this place.

Manager was very argumentative after receiving a complaint wanted to proceed to call my spouse ignorant and stupid would not order a cheeseburger from this place hung up on me three times after me trying to explain the situation acting like he'd give us some type of discount on a medium pizza for 14 bucks when I ordered a large pizza
