Very slow service and extremely long wait time for delivery. Always over an hour. They even cancelled my order yesterday bcz they don’t have a driver they said . Not recommended location ! Very poor service.

I ordered extra sauce extra cheese new York style stuffed crust, and the disaster I got was absolutely dry and disgusting. Never again will I throw my money away like this.And the person on the front was like seriously avoiding taking the order, I was like yuck!Never be in the place again.

Ordered/paid online and left my place when they texted me my pizza was ready. I arrived and no one came to the counter for the first 5-10 minutes. Once someone came to the counter they asked for my name and then put the pizza in the oven having me wait literally 30 minutes standing even though the message said it was ready for pickup. Entire staff was rude and avoided customers. The one guy who was actually talking to us clocked out of his shift before our pizza even finished. This one girl named "Emma" was wearing pajamas, had hair in a messy bun, and was on facetime with someone. She went to the bathroom for 10-15 minutes and was cursing and screamed in the bathroom. When she came out she avoided other customers asking where their order was because she was on facetime. We never saw her wash her hands after finally putting her phone down and working which is very unsanitary.

Worst pizza place I’ve ever witnessed in my life.I am normally a big papa Jon’s fan but don’t order from this one if you don’t want a headache. Wanted a half and half pizza but got all of the toppings on the whole thing and had to wait for them to make it again and they gave bad service.Edit: went back in 20 minutes later to see if the remade pizza was done when they said it would take 10 minutes and they hadn’t even started making it and started as soon as I said something

This place is the worst first time I called in order they sold my cc info to a scammer that made charges at bed bath and beyond the second time I went back I tryed to pay cash took 2 hours for them to start my order finally walked out without food and went to new tampa store where the service was excellent and I didn't get ripped off Don't use a cc there !!

Ordered on Door Dash. Requested a thin crust pizza and received a regular crust. When I called the store to let them know, they told me that the order said regular crust. Went back into the Door Dash app to look at my order, and sure enough, it said thin crust. I won't be ordering from this store again because I don't like being lied to.
