Papa John's pizza use to be one of the best tasting pizzas but they've obviously decided to go with cheaper ingredients and now the pizza is tasteless and flavorless. So sad about this.

The service at this location from my experience was horrible. I called about a coupon I was given the lady told me she could not take it and said something about someone stealing a bunch of coupons and that she couldn’t take it sounded so made up and just a bunch of wrong information anyway….It was a valid coupon that wasn’t expired. Called two other Papa Johns and they each took the coupons with NO problem at all. This location I will not recommend due to its terrible customer service.

I called and ordered a delivery for my high school class. I talked with Tyler for a long long time and explained to him how important it was to get it there on time as I wanted a certain class to get the pizza. I even had Tyler read it back to me to confirm. I even gave them a 10 minute buffer so I said 1:30 but the class started at 1:40. Come 1:40 I call their pizza line and an AI voice confirms that my pizza will be arriving at 1:39. But at 1:45 I called the store and was told by a lady that they were told in house to send the pizzas at 2:49? That time never even came up, random and too close to the end of the day. And the pizzas weren’t even fired yet. So I had paid $$91, tipped $9 and they still messed up a very important time, timing really is everything. Why did the phones tell me the right time but the live person say they were told another time?
The lady fired the pizza and they got there around 2:30ish an hour late. If I had been on regular not block schedule, that class would have NOT got their well-deserved pizza. Still as I teacher who stresses about timing and wanted things to be a certain way, they were the biggest stressor that day. Try waiting with kids who you messaged not to eat lunch bc pizza was coming at 1:30!!
I am still waiting for the discount to post that they promised me for my trouble, not holding out and also worried that they will double charge my card and that I will have to fight that.
So I just let it go and I have to find a more reliable pizza place for all my future teacher pizza needs. (My old school was close to a westshore, my fav and I hooked them up and they hooked me up many times in my 19 years at that school)
Too bad, we could have had a nice thing going. Pizza was fresh and hot and each kid got 3 huge slices. One more thing it’s a good thing that I ordered more pizza than I thought. Tyler told me that each pizza was 8 slices so I got 8 pizzas with 64 slices for 15 kids to have 4 slices each. But they really were 6 slices so each kid got 3 slices but I promised them 4. See how details matter… .

I'm really only leaving this review to shoutout the delivery driver called Marlon. We usually get delivery and Marlon is the nicest and kindest delivery driver we've ever met. We always talk about how he's such a good dude after he drops off the pizza. He's always smiling and seems like the kind of person who wants to make other people smile. If you're lucky enough to get him as your driver, give him a nice tip and congratulate him on his new kitten. Give him a raise papa John, yall are lucky to have him.

I ordered buy one get one free small custom pizza from here on Hillsborough Ave and I promise the way this pizza was just thrown together and sloppy it looks I'm scared to eat it only a few peaces of meat in the middle and all puff up all around who ever made this pizza needs to be fired on the spot they are nasty and lazy unconcerned employee.i wish I could post a picture of it. Food was fine, but it took 3 minutes to get thr attention of an employee in site because he was starring at his phone with ear buds in. I kept saying hello over and over again, but I was helped by another staff member who was actively working hard since the other was too busy playing on his phone.

Why Can't You Leave 0 Stars or Better Yet, Negative Stars!!!!! Placed an order online on Tuesday for 7 Pizzas to be delivered today, July 3rd at 12:00pm. Started Calling to check status at 12:15pm when the delivery wasn't here. Got disconnected 4 different times and it's now 12:59PM and still no delivery...... You can't get thru on the phone. They don't call to say there is a problem or a delay. Clearly they don't care about Customer Service. What sucks is they get your $$$$ before they have to step up to the plate to perform and then when they fail to meet their end of the agreement, What's really interesting is you can call the same phone number and press 1 to order a pizza and the call goes to a call center where someone answers, but they can't help with a problem. Then when you try any other extension which is at the location, they could care less and don't answer the phone. Bottom line is this location has lousy customer service and could care less about it's client's. If you don't care, then why take the order in the first place!!!!! Now I have to spend more time filing a chargeback request with the Credit Card Company, and place an order for food from somewhere else... Save yourself the headache and aggravation of ordering from here and get your food elsewhere, you will be much happier......

Shaking like a loose Washing Machine
Worst experience ever! On Sat. June 28 (A little after Midnight), I ordered 2 Pizzas through Uber Eats. When they arrived, the Pizzas were poorly made. As you can see from the pictures, the person who made it barely put any Cheese on them. I was upset and called 3 times because the 2 times I called, I was on hold forever until the line hung up. Third time, I made it through but was on hold for a few more minutes before that. I spoke to the guy that was there and told him about the Pizzas and asked him why they looked the way that they did and told him that I was going to get in contact with Corporate about the quality. It's like they just didn't care. I have gotten pizza from them online and in person in the past and never had a food quality issue. I will admit that a few months ago that while receiving a Pick Up order, the Customer Service from the Black girl (I am Black by the way)at the counter there was not the friendliest but unfortunately I had already included a tip and thought about putting up a negative review back then but didn't. I really wish there was another location so I don't have to Order from this but unfortunately, there is not.
