I've been ordering from this location pretty frequently for quite a while (I work at a bar local to this location) and I swear this is the only Papa Johns that gets my order right every single time. And! Every single delivery person sent out is always pleasant and greets me with a smile. I ordered today and was impressed with the amount of toppings on my pizza. This papa johns never misses.

For Uber eats they don't closed the box with a sticker....so whom ever is delivering can open the
I ordered a few pizzas over a day in advance for a specific delivery time. When it was 15 minutes late, I called and was told it would be there in 20 minutes. When it was 45 minutes late, I called again, expanded the situation, again, was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I then had my friend call to ask the same questions. She was given the same “it will be there in 20 minutes” answer, and hung up on. She called a second time immediately after to get clarification, talked to the same gentleman, explained the situation, again, only to be put on hold and hung up on. At this point the pizzas were over 50 minutes late. When we called again, we didn’t even get to talk to anyone. We were immediately put on hold and hung up on without being spoken to.I work customer service. I understand things get busy, especially on a Saturday evening. But you cannot just hang up on people you don’t want to talk to when you made a mistake. I don’t know if the gentleman we spoke to was a manager who didn’t want to deal with the issues at hand or he was just high off his mind and didn’t know what was going on (he sounded like it) but it is unacceptable to treat any customer in the way we were treated.I will give them credit: our pizzas were delivered. An hour late.We have ordered from this location many times and they have been fine as long as you don’t have to talk to them on the phone. This was absolutely unacceptable I will not be ordering from this location again.

Papa John’s is my go to national chain of pizza. I usually try for local places but sometimes while traveling you just have to get what you can. The pizza is usually consistent from store to store. It is not a place to find a unique artisan pizza, but they are decent for what they are.

This location decided to add an unauthorized $10.75 tip to an order that I already tipped 20% on and paid through the Papa John's app. I won't be ordering from this location again and given how the payment was processed, it's reasonable to conclude that the managers were the perpetrators of the fraud.

My roommate and I are regulars at this store. We’ve ordered countless pizzas from here. I’m writing this review because I placed an online order with the wrong toppings by mistake. The manager went above and beyond in remaking my pizza. It was an honest mistake and he made sure to me that it was no problem. He is very nice and friendly and made the pizza in 6 minutes. The store was also very clean too.
