Papa kebab is one of the true hidden gems in the Temple Terrace area. I wish this place was closer to where I live as I love their food and Egyptian cuisine. They bring a special cake to the food from the service to the portion of the food as well as the flavor. Thank you very much we will see you soon I’m aaa

Hidden Gem! This small restaurant is fairly new, the food and staff were amazing. We were able to pick out the fish we like and several different side salads. Quick service, super polite people and top quality food! Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed!

This is a small family owned businesses full of great food. I've been here a number of times now and would like to say their food is always fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend their okra(Bamya) or Mlukhiya. It's to bad they're far from where I live but always worth the drive.

Very good food=healthy/halal/tasty. When there ask for special spicy garlic sauce=it really adds to the flavor.

I don't know how this place gets one stars. First of all, weather it is an employee or one of the owners, they always greet you when you enter.

The menu was very limited only a few dishes. The humus was chunky and old. The beef with rice was a small quantity with dull white rice with barely any flavor and the beef, only 1 stick and other places has 2 ,with only 6 pieces. And no water provide. Please if you don’t want to waste your money go somewhere else!

Worst experience, only stuffed grapes was good. We ordered chicken tawook with rice and the rice was bad and smelled very bad. The shawarma was bland and not fresh at all. And they even put blackberries in the fridge that had fungi on them. The fish smelled horrible and the manager insisted it had no smell. I advise people not to go there.

The gps on Google maps incorrectly has this place as Alexander’s shawarma, but when you arrive, it’s very clear that this is the correct place.

Nothing less than GREAT, and even that will not be good enough to describe this Tampa Hidden Gem. The portions are generous, and the taste of the food is even better than the way it looks when it comes to your table. Definitely a must! Specially if you like super tasty food that doesn’t make you go bankrupt. I recommend the grilled fish, the lamb, the creamy milk rice for dessert, even the drinks offered are good...pretty much go crazy and order whatever you want and you won’t be disappointed at all...or ask Papa what he recommends, and you won’t go home regretting your visit to this amazing restaurant with a “family owned” atmosphere, and super friendly staff...(remember that the grilled fish is out-of-this-world good). 5 starts is not good enough, instead, they deserve a diamond.

Good food for real. I know Arabic food and they make their food fresh, not frozen, so the taste is superb. Very gracious and kind people there who were friendly and welcoming. second time there and definitely will go back again!
