We have been getting Bahn Mi sandwiches and Pho, as well as Boba drinks for the last 15 months. Today we were served by the owner at the register and she was incredibly rude when my daughter asked for no ice in her drink and then to top it off she put my drink order in wrong so we both didn’t get what we wanted for the incredibly high price of almost $17 with tip. We won’t be back.

I was super happy to support this place after coming multiple times. However today they messed up our drink and refused to do anything about it. We asked for 50% sweet and it came out waaay too sweet. And it was only black tea so I just didn’t understand why they couldn’t fix it😭

It was okay…not authentic by any means, banh mi was okay, it was a decent size with generous amount of meat. The drink was good, probably the best I’ve had in awhile. I am not fond of super sweet boba drinks and they were able to accommodate.

Nice place for coffee, boba and pastries. Factory special coffee is real Vietnamese coffee. The reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because I smelled like whatever the food they were preparing in the kitchen when I came out after being in there for 5 minutes. They need to fix the ventilation system.

Bulgogi beef banh mediocre not even warm. Ube coffee not for me too chocolatey. Avocado smoothie (they call it a frosty) was good but 8.50. Overpriced overall.
We had been going to Banh Mi for about the last 18 months, and were satisfied. THIS TIME (late Dec 2024), everything was lacking. The food was of lower quality, and the service was poor, although the staff was friendly, as always. Maybe they are understaffed, but it didn't look like it (they have an open food prep area). The Pho was "meh," and my wife's shrimp rolls were undercooked. We won't be back.

While there are not many options on the menu, the tofu banh mi and the tofu vegetable pho were very delicious. The portions were a good size as well. We also had the spring rolls with tofu, which were very good. I don’t believe there was anything else on the menu besides those three items, but they were tasty. We did not really enjoy our fruit tea drink, it tasted somewhat artificial in flavor.There were many other drink options however.

The food is amazing. I was unhappy with the amount of times I had to get up and get things. I had to ask for a fork and a spoon. They also don't have a place for fountain drinks, which I didn't like. Having to pay for bottled water instead of some from a fountain is a bit crazy.
