This place is very authentic Indian, specifically in the sense of how filthy it is.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish had a rich, authentic taste that truly stood out. You can tell they use quality ingredients and traditional recipes—everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly seasoned.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both taste and authenticity, and this one exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuinely satisfying meal!

This is usually our go to spot for Indian food , but yesterday we had a horrible experience. We wanted to try their chat items , had pani puri , sev puri and dahi papdi chat . Everything was below average, especially pani puri ( the water / pani was terrible ) and the filling for puri was not usual masala , but we didn’t complain and tried with hope , it was too bad to even finish it . Everything felt okay until we came home and my husband puked immediately, and yes We literally fell sick today , i don’t know whether it’s because of pani or chicken we had for appetizers because it was also not fresh . And the worst part is FLIES , there were more flies flying over our food ,we can’t even eat it in peace,. Never had such bad experience here . And never going back .
Prasad and his team catered our wedding brunch (pre-ceremony) in south Tampa. We heard the food was spectacular! Andhra food is the best and PBC Factory serves real Andhra food. Unfortunately bride & groom didn’t get to try the chai or rasamalai but we heard they were soooo good from our American guests and Indian guests! We also didn’t get to attend the brunch and neither did my parents, and the coordinator gave away all of our food so we didn’t have any leftovers either. We didn’t get to really enjoy any part of our brunch. 😭 Our photographer also missed taking pictures of the food so unfortunately I have no pictures to share (if your team took pictures, please text them to me)! Thank you Prasad for making the best Kathi rolls and puffs in town. We will come in to try the rasamalai and chai. We appreciate all of your hard work! I recommend PBC Factory to anyone wanting authentic South Indian food in the area, and trying real Indian street food. It is our favorite!

Oil used in food is too old, the food smells so bad. Taste is so bad. Food is literally super unhygienic.

Ordered spicy chicken fried rice, but it was completely bland and white with no spice at all. Food here is very inconsistent — sometimes great, sometimes disappointing.

Regret coming here. Came in person and ordered Kati roll - to go.
Had to wait for 30 minutes !!!! Reason given was there were too many to-go orders (phone or ubereats maybe) and they were being done first in first out basis. Would they give the same answer if it was dine in ? Customer was waiting right there, so it should have dine- in priority and Kati roll shouldn’t take this long - fast food right ?
Also restaurant was empty - just one table occupied. Interiors are dated and I would avoid dine in. Also got drops of water on my head from the AC while waiting at one of the tables.
Food - also not worth it. You would expect Kati rolls to be in some sort of paratha, but here it was just rolled in a chapati / phulka which also looked store bought. Don’t know whether it’s because I started chasing after 25 mins of waiting or whether their Kati rolls are usually like that. Taste was just average - too much masala.
I could make out that staff at the counter were uncomfortable at how long it was taking to get my order ready - appreciate that sentiment. As a restaurant overall (my experience described above ) - not worth it.
Nice ambience for family dine-out!!
I had an amazing experience at PBC Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!( Dosa ginger chutney 😋)
