Sad that you can't add the new potatoes for 1.99 to a meal.....you have to pay extra and substitute......and getting a cookie with a meal is same price as paying for it separate. I will go back to Panera!

We go frequently and our last salad was just under $12 and it was more like a side salad. We have had better before!
Terrible experience, unprofessional Manager Shawn Hine and staff member Tavia. I ordered a regular large lemonade with 5pc tenders combo on kiosk. There wasn’t an option to order mango lemonade, was told there was a price difference. I was supposed to be refunded $14.29 to rering purchase for $14.82. I wasn’t given a refund receipt, then was provided a print out statement saying $14.82 was refunded. Both were extremely rude, unsympathetic and ruined the entire dining experience for change.
