I had a disappointing experience at this PDQ location. The self-serve kiosk was broken and kept giving errors, so I had to place my order at the counter. When I sat down to eat, the table was sticky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, which made the meal uncomfortable. I also asked for extra sauce and was told I’d be charged $0.30 per sauce in the future—something I’ve never encountered before at PDQ and definitely not in line with the brand I used to enjoy. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the quality or service I’ve come to expect. Not sure I’ll be back.

Staff was amazing even though we came in shortly before they closed service was with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of including making sure our tenders were freshly cooked thank you

Stopped here specifically for a pregnancy craving. A grilled chicken sandwich. I asked the cashier for pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. I also ordered two crispy kid tender meals. When I pulled up to the second window, the girl at the window handed me two juice boxes without a greeting and asked me to pull up because they were just putting down the chicken breast on the grill. I pulled up and when I looked at the juice boxes, they were covered in mold. I waited for the employee to come out with my food and mentioned the juices, asking if I can get two new juice boxes because of the mold. Without an apology or an expression on her face, she told me to pull back around. So I went back around to the second window, and she handed me two new juice boxes without a word. I also noticed that my sandwich was missing pickles so I asked for a side of pickles which I had already ordered on my sandwich prior. There was no communication, no hospitality, no greeting. When i took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. My kids meals were also cold. Definitely not the usual PDQ experience you would expect to get. Will not be returning to this location. Highly disappointed.

The woman that takes my order is amazing. Always friendly and helpful.
Place wasn't busy at 4pm. Didn't expect that I would be served old chicken, old fries and even getting a drink order messed up. PDQ is usually known for having very high standards when it comes to their "quality." Not today. I also don't normally go out of my way to review places, but this was completely unjustified by the workers thinking this type of service is acceptable. Definitely won't be back to this location. For everyone else reading this, you're better off going somewhere else.

I called before coming asking the time & what food was available it’s Hurricane Milton you have to call and ask these things before hand I was told they closed at 10 and they have everything but it’s limited I drove 25 mins to get here gas is hard to find I just wanted a hot meal for me & my family we have been without power for 4 days we pull in the drive threw and get told we’re closed we’re going to open back at 8 That’s an hour and 30 minute wait from the time I pulled up and I have 2 small toddlers in the car with me ! I proceeded to tell the worker that I just called and none of this was mentioned to me and she slams the window how rude ! Customer service is so horrible
