First time coming to this location and over heard the staff talking crap about my order and others orders from the drive thru. They changed the subject once they saw that I was staring right at them . Have more professionalism. I’ll probably never be back. I do mystery shopping and I just walked in for lunch. I’ll be giving an off the clock report for this place.

Had lunch at this restaurant, and the service was excellent. Our food arrived quickly, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was casual and laid-back, but it did get a bit noisy during peak hours. Still, a great place for a quick meal.

There was a big storm today and the power apparently went out. My girlfriend and I came in not knowing there systems were down. We decided to wait it out a little and see if they would turn back on, a little bit of time went by and their manager came up to us and offered us free food for the inconvenience. The food was amazing as always, the staff was very nice and super accommodating. I would definitely come back again.

Ok we do a lot of chicken, Popeye’s, Raisin Cane, and Slim Chicken but PDQ totally blew all these kats out of the water! Tender juicy, just the right amount of batter and the flavor is unbelievable. Carlos thank you for your hospitality. The staff here are very professional and friendly. If you like great chicken you have got to stop in!!!

I get that there have been recent changes to the menu but the attitude for drive thru employees is literally no where near what it used to be, and since there aren’t nuggets when you ask for extra chicken on a salad they just threw whole tenders on top- honestly not the quality I was used to. Also they aren’t paying attention when you tell them what you want- large vs small etc
I visited yesterday night, it was my first time at PDQ. Lazaro, was a very helpful employee in helping me choose my meal and it’s the least to say that the choice of the tenders he recommended were truly the best i’ve ever had. I had a fantastic experience with Lazaro and the entire crew, and I will definitely be visiting back soon. This store has great customer service and great employees. Lazaro truly made my day.
