Food is made so far ahead of time it's cold before you get it. It should be thrown out . Terrible.

Food....fine, but underseasoned and no sauce for the chicken strips. Waffle fries needed more salt too. Service...can't complain, it was at an entertainment venue and everyone seemed nice. Line wasn't long, but I was there early for the event we were at. Ambiance...it was in a entertainment venue so I'm not sure you can really give it a rating. Cost...ouch, but without many other choices it's better than nothing. To be honest, this PDQ at Amalie Arena is what I expected it to be. Meh and expensive. If you can, eat somewhere outside of Amalie Arena before you go in. There are plenty of restaurants in the area offering better food at comparable and even cheaper prices. Otherwise, you might still be hungry and feel like you got robbed after you're in there...lol.

I was here to attend the NCAA Frozen Four hockey tournament. It's the 3rd time it's been in Tampa. Nice place to visit; and to see family that live nearby Tampa. Great arena, and exciting watching hockey.

Disappointing. The chicken tenders were disgusting. The sandwiches were ok. Very expensive for the quality of food.

Very expensive food and drinks. No ice. Don’t take cash.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with fast food. I waited in a long line during intermission. We were visiting Amalie Arena for Disney on Ice. So of course, PDQ was popular since there were so many kids. Once I got to the computer to order, they said they were out of chicken tenders, so we could only order drinks, sandwiches, and fries. So I ordered sandwiches. Then I waited about 30 minutes (!!) to have my number called. They informed me that they didn't have any sandwiches and only had chicken tenders. They didn't offer a refund, they said I could take the tenders or wait one hour (which the show would have ended by then). So I took the tenders, and they were awful. They tasted burnt from the burnt oil. You could smell the burning oil in the arena but I didn't think anything of it. I will never eat at PDQ at Amalie again. I spent $48 for chicken that went in the trash.

The prices were expected for an event inside the arena and the food was pretty good.
