Love this PDQ-Westchase on Linebaugh…The food is great always freshly made. Love the chicken tenders, fries, chocolate shake, salads, chocolate chip cookies, crispy classic chicken sandwich, the different sauces…Management is fantastic, great and always friendly, love it…The place is always clean and pleasant to go to…. I would recommend this PDQ 💯%

This review is a reflection of my current experience as with all the others the food has been great. Today, unfortunately, although I was the only drive thru order when I arrived my order was wrong. Not the biggest deal as it was just added bacon and sauce that was the difference. But the bun oh the bun.. rock hard and the chicken a tough and rubbery. Just wanted to leave his review so that these mistakes can be avoided in the future

Pulled into the drive thru, there was no one to take my order at the first window, when I pulled around to the second window there was no one there either! Wasted my lunch here; this is the second time I have had something go wrong at this PDQ. Last time i was there my Oreo shake tasted like it was made with spoiled milk.

Was told to drive AROUND AND park for my food ok no problem waited 10min finally received it good was cold fries cold and hard I ordered a regular chicken sandwich they gave me spicy very disappointing but they gave me a free cookie for the wait not ok will not be going back

Ordered some food never said grilled the dude at the first window was very rude when i got to the second window the lady was laughing i didnt find anything funny because my food was wrong very disappointed at this location and the staff dont recommend

It's alright. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes it's not. Sometimes you get a decent chocolate shake, sometimes you don't. But when you spend $20 for two kids meals you want it hot and fresh.. and for the cup to be filled with the milkshake not just some of it.

Ate some food there yesterday and was feeling sick the rest of the day woke up this morning and threw up. Was food poisoned I usually come here with no problems except for now will not be coming back again. Could also be attributed to how fast my food was made (literally within a minute).
