we usually go to the carrollwood store and have never had a bad experience. we were in the area and needed to eat something while working for our daughter. we ordered tenders and zucchini fries with sodas. the zucchini fries were salty and obviously died back in the oil to reheat ones made previously... they were SOAKED in oil. the tenders were not hot and were greasy as well. I expect this from other places but not PDQ... so disappointed. when we have heard friends say they didn't like PDQ maybe we need to stay asking which store they go to? terrible. Sat. March 10. 730pm

Ive been eating here for years, sadly they recently switched their packaging to plastic containers and now all my food is soaking wet by the I get home and the straws are in the bag bent and broken.Its been this way for a while now. Its very sad for the quality to drop 80%+ in the span of a month or two.

PDQ is an impressive operation. Even if they're not quite my taste, I would still praise them. Staff is friendly and they may bring out your food before you're finished pouring your own drink. I came to eat healthy and ordered a salad with grilled chicken ($10.49). They were very generous with the chicken, but even with an out-sized selection of dressings, the rest of the salad was unremarkable. Their bowls may well be my better choice. Of course their chicken sandwich will no doubt shine if you don't mind the calories. In fact, if chicken is what you're craving, PDQ will always be a contender.
