Brandon, the employee that greeted us to take our order was extremely friendly and very helpful with the menu. It’s nice to know that your company hires dedicated people to serve the quality food/meals you offer. Thanks for a great experience.

The food was decent nothing over the top amazing, however after I had finished I went to ask for a refill, I was standing at the register for about 3 minutes and no workers were in sight, I moved over to look around the whole kitchen, and there I saw them squatted down in the back talking, I didn’t say anything, while multiple customers got in line they had absolutely no realization, finally a lady said excuse me, and a employee came to the front and said the cashier was in the bathroom, mind you I had been waiting 7 minutes at this point, all I needed was a REFILL, and this lady had to wait for the cashier to help us, completely outrageous, all customers in line besides me went to 21burger right next to pdq because of how awful the service is. Food was good but with the people running it the way they do, I do not recommend, workers were also rude and just lacked any customer service skills, I hope this message reaches the owner because these employees should be talked to or even terminated, reading these reviews I am not the only one who has faced the “hiding in the back” issue.

⭐ 5-Star Review – PDQ (Tampa Airport, Concourse C)
I grabbed PDQ while waiting at my gate in Concourse C, and it was exactly what I needed before my flight. The prices were “airport reasonable,” and the food tasted just as fresh as any regular PDQ location. My order came out fast—about 5 minutes—so I didn’t have to worry about missing my flight.
Convenient location right across from the gate, quick service, and solid quality. Great option if you need something good and fast before boarding.

Closed at 6:30pm on a Thursday even though their own sign says they are open until the last scheduled flight.
I ordered the Buttery Chicken Sandwich combo. I really liked the sweet mayo/sauce that came with the sandwich. Also like the range of options for sauces. Customer service was friendly. Will look to eat here next time I’m at TPA.

My wife and I were returning back from a cruise in Cozumel and had a flight leaving from Tampa back to Michigan. We stopped at PDQ for lunch, it was our first time ever having it and I was blown away. The chicken was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The fries were good and the service was good as well, they need to come to West Michigan.

We ordered a 5 piece Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Tender meal and a 3 piece Spicy Tenders, with waffle fries. The tenders were delicious but I didn’t care for the waffle fries as much, they were kinda pale and not good to me and the Pepsi was flat. All types of sauces for dipping. Service was okay.
I literally throw out the 2 sandwiches I bought on 9/30 at 8:45am. I spit out one of them. HORRIBLE quality on both sandwiches, inedible. Total waste of money and should have gone to Burger 21, which is next door and I had thought to eat there but changed my mind for PDQ. What a mistake!!
PDQ has seriously gone down in Quality, which is hilarious cause it’s part of their name!!!

Lauren greeted us at the counter and was extremely helpful. She was kind, courteous and went out of her way to help us. She even realized the waters we were getting from the refrigerator next to the counter were warm, they had just been put in. She went out back and got cold waters for us. The food was very good as well. I have been here before and will definitely be going back again.

I asked for a recommendation, and the lovely cashier set me up with an excellent sandwich and a delightful sauce for my tater tots.

I never expect much out of airport restaurants, especially fast food but I was pleasantly surprised about this place. It was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches that I've ever had! It was hot and fresh & the service was quick! The combo with waffle fries was under $15 so very reasonable as well. The customer service could be a little more friendly, but it was OK for being in an airport. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm going thru Tampa. 💯 👍

Chicken meals. Had chicken fingers and fries with bq sauce. $12. Mediocre meal. Not very crispy, but edible. Took about 5 mins to get meal. You can order at computer terminal or
in person. Posted menu text is very small and almost impossible to read. They have one salad choice. Meals come in a plastic to go container.
Horrible to wait for 16 mins and not getting the sandwich. And took another 10 mins to wait for the manager to refund
The sandwiches were definitely decent. I tried the spicy chicken, and it came pretty close to a traditional Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The milkshake was good as well—nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable. Prices are not too bad.
Does not look like the sandwich in photo!!
