PDQ Restaurant (TPA Airport; Airside C)

I never expect much out of airport restaurants, especially fast food but I was pleasantly surprised about this place. It was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches that I've ever had! It was hot and fresh & the service was quick! The combo with waffle fries was under $15 so very reasonable as well. The customer service could be a little more friendly, but it was OK for being in an airport. I'll definitely stop by next time I'm going thru Tampa. 💯 👍

Chicken meals. Had chicken fingers and fries with bq sauce. $12. Mediocre meal. Not very crispy, but edible. Took about 5 mins to get meal. You can order at computer terminal or
in person. Posted menu text is very small and almost impossible to read. They have one salad choice. Meals come in a plastic to go container.

Horrible to wait for 16 mins and not getting the sandwich. And took another 10 mins to wait for the manager to refund

The sandwiches were definitely decent. I tried the spicy chicken, and it came pretty close to a traditional Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The milkshake was good as well—nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable. Prices are not too bad.

Got my barely warm chicken sandwich from what to to be the most could care less staff in about 2min. So frozen fried chicken and you can tell. It’s airport good I get it but try a little bit.

Employees were extremely rude and don’t make eye contact. One employee in particular spent whole time sitting on counter and texting with AirPods in and when asked for something wouldn’t even acknowledge you.

Tried PDQ here 2 months ago. Bad. Tried again. Worst. Love PDQ, but Man this place sucks.

Do not get a salad here. They advertise vinaigrette dressings, but all they have is dipping sauces for chicken tenders. Also, they advertise grilled chicken on the salad. All I got was chunks of deep fried chicken.

Worst employees I have ever seen. The register people are horrible. They are so miserable. Every time I go I get attitude, they are rude and lazy and look bothered to take my order. Who ever is in charge of hiring these people, what are you doing??

I was served a cold old sandwich.
I brought the sandwich back to the counter. They took my sandwich that had a bite and put it in machine and heated it up. It came out soggy wet and greasy. The sauce melted in the bread. They acted like it was a joke. Rude people.. Not the fresh PDQ sandwich I'm used to. Corporate needs to visit this place..

Kudos to Bryan and his crew on July 22,2024. Great service and the food was fresh. As a Flight Attendant it’s hard to find good food on the go. Thank you for being quick and efficient!!!!
