Airport food isn't the greatest to begin with, and PDQ lives up to (down to?) that perfectly. We got the Classic Chicken sandwich, and a Grilled Chicken sandwich combo no sauce, extra pickles. It came with nothing at all - so we asked for pickles and they tossed the sandwich so they could make another with pickles. We said nooo! Just hand us pickles then. Nope. All that and it was bland and not worth it. The crispy chicken was better. The waffle fries were hot and nicely salted. The pop was all ice and not even filled to the top. Would not recommend.

Waiting for our flight, chicken seemed like a safe bet. Upon approaching the cashier, we inquired about the PDQ signature sauce, the cashier stated "I've been asked that alot. I can't describe it. " So I chose a different sauce. The next person who handed us our food didn't say a single word, no real acknowledgment. Sat down to eat and we're severely disappointed. The cheese I requested on my sandwich looked like they just plopped it on cold, the taste of the grilled chicken sandwich, tenders and fries were bland. I sincerely doubt the signage stating it was voted as "best chicken sandwich 5 years in a row" is accurate. Don't waste your money.

The food came out nice and hot, great taste. I asked for no condiments and got a lot, it was wasteful.

Yesterday around 6 pm my dad bought 3 fried chicken sandwiches with no fries to go. The sandwiches were excellent. And I would say the taste of their sandwich was unique and strong which in my opinion you wouldn’t find a taste like that in any typical fast food chain. It was an experience trying this place coming from a Floridian

It was really affordable for an airport establishment. The chicken sandwich was quite good and the strawberry shake was made with fresh strawberries and only $5.95.

Fast, hot and delicious - and $12 for a meal - surprisingly cheap and good for an airport.

Ordered spicy chicken salad. Received a salad with no dressing... also wasn't give an option for dressing when ordering. Went back to the counter and was told they don't have dressings only sauces. So he gave me 3 tiny containers of ranch.?

Diamond S. helped me on 8/15. I had a great experience which isn’t always typical with airport restaurants. I’ll be back again soon!

I was so excited to turn the corner and see PDQ. The food is always hot and delicious. It is one of my favorite go to restaraunts for some good ole comfort food. The service was a little frustrating... .the food came out quick and perfect, but the cashier was catching up with a friend who didn't order as I stood in line waiting for the conversation to finish. I did because the food is worth it.. but other customers nay not have been so patient.

Near Gate C38. I’m from Texas and I’ve never heard of this place. PDQ (People Dedicated to Quality) … an interesting name for a chicken place… but made me think I was probably going to get good quality chicken. I was hungry before my flight and grabbed some. Wasn’t disappointed. Very good tenders. I got a 5 tender entree only. Water. Military veteran discount. A little over $8. Good price. Appreciate them not charging for extra dips. PDQ Sauce is good, and honey bbq, also Buffalo Bleu is an interesting dip.
