We were staying nearby at the Holiday Inn and wanted something to pick up during halftime of my college football game that we could eat in the room. I tried to order on-line, but once I got to the "Place Order" section, the website went into a loop and didn't finish! I tried 3 times so we headed for the restaurant. When we arrived, Roslyn, per the receipt, was there and welcomed us. She checked and found no order, as expected, so I showed her my phone so she could manually enter the order. The price agreed to the one I saw on-line. I asked her to rush since we didn't want to miss the start of the 3rd quarter (I didn't actually tell her the details of why I needed it quickly), but it was ready in about 5 minutes. I ordered the Mongolian Steak ($12.79) plus regular fried rice upgrade ($2.29), and other had Lo Mein Chicken ($11.79). I later received a 10% rebate on my Chase card. This promotion plus the location was the reason going here! The service was excellent, but the food was much too salty! I haven't had such salty Asian food in a long time and probably won't return here or to any Pei Wei location again. The fact that I couldn't place order on-line was another negative. In conclusion, great service doesn't make up for food!
This food is yucky. Pei Wei used to be awesome but it has really gone down hill in the last 6/m years. My chicken was like rock hard.

Yummy!
Stopped in for lunch and ordered the grilled bourbon chicken. At first, I wasn’t sure since the sauce was light and the chicken looked underdone, but it actually turned out decent. My coworkers ordered the Spicy General Tso and the Firecracker Chicken kids meal, which they really enjoyed. Overall, not bad for a quick lunch option, though my coworkers aren’t very picky about their Asian cuisine.

Awesome food, enjoyable and quiet atmosphere. Very quick and hot food. Pad Thai was very enjoyable. Thai lettuce wraps were better than many authentic Thai restaurants we’ve visited. Everything was cooked well. Place felt very clean and felt like safe area.

It was the manager s first day in an unfamiliar atmosphere with a kitchen staffed with only 2 individuals.
Not a good experience.

Visiting from NYC this is a must-stop staple getting off the plane from TPA. Never misses! Chicken lettuce wraps are to die for, i’ll go here just for a few orders of these things…. The food quality is superb, the staff is fantastic, parking is easy, and the restaurant is huge and extremely well maintained.
