Worst. It took almost 45 mins. When my flight got last call announced. The waitress wants to cancel the order and I said hurry up please she just stares and backs off saying into bed patient. Really! Never again.

I watched for 30 minutes the way she approached people.. absolutely awful.. never in my life have I seen service like this!

The absolute worst customer service. The employees are extremely rude and the food takes forever. I ordered to go while waiting for my flight and it took over 30 minutes to get the food. I then ask the employee to make sure my order did not get missed and she just ignored me. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Pei Wei in the Tampa Airport, thanks to Jenna and Jessica. During a very difficult time, they showed me exceptional kindness and understanding. Before I say anything else, I would not recommend Pei Wei. (Stay with me here) When I came in, there were no clean tables, and there was a five minute wait for one to be clean. Wait staff was quick to take my order, and they were very friendly. I do appreciate my server, Tara, who was very outgoing. However, once my order was taken, I soon realized how salty the food was and how off the portion sizes were. I paid over $10, and got a meal that was 3/4 rice and 1/4 chicken. I could’ve gotten the same thing from the restaurant just down the corridor for a much cheaper price. They also offered me fried rice without telling me it would be an additional charge. Thankfully, I asked. Their food is not very tasty, even for a quick snack. The atmosphere is loud, and I do not like the fact that they don’t have any paper menus, and you have to scan a QR code. Their online menu is not very user-friendly and it’s hard to navigate to see what is in what dish. They are aware about allergies, but they don’t have many options for those who are vegetarians, even though they say they do. While this place did have fast service, I would not recommend Pei Wei because of its loud atmosphere, unproportionate and salty food as well as their ridiculously high prices (even for an airport restaurant). There are plenty of other places in the airport that are much better. (If you do end up going, please request Tara as she does a great job.) See for yourself!

I have had to cancel my order twice now because I had to catch my flights that I nearly missed both times. They are really slow to prepare your order, not keeping in mind that people have flights to catch. Please, if you don’t have at least 30 minutes to spare before your flight, do not order from here.
