I came through the drive through to pick up my App order and the lady says she can't find it because the App is down. I explained that it had processed the order and won't let me cancel. She keeps telling me the money will automatically go back to my card but there's nothing she can do to help me. I ask to speak with a manager. She leaves me waiting never returns, so I drive to the window and start to ask her about this issue and she shrugs her shoulders at me. I

When I say this place looks ran down but when it come to getting great Chinese food I don’t mind… I love their bbq spare ribs and rice and can’t forget the eggrolls. I think their eggrolls have only cabbage but they are 🔥. This is my go to for Chinese. Nobody does it better.

We waited one hr for food. I said I wanted pork fried rice and chicken lo mein. I got just all noodles barely any chicken or vegetables. They would not give us the lunch menu prices. Dirty Chinese nasty food and greed. They took advantage of the hurricane. Charged higher prices.

the woman on the phone literally yelled at me and hung the phone in my face three times because she doesnt understand english , what am i suppose to do learn chinese ? i never post negative comments but to have the phone hanged up in my face 3 time is MAD disrespectful
