We found the place by chance. Excellent service. The waitress was super friendly and explained the entire menu to us. Wow, the exceptional food, delicious. Exquisite knowledge. The waiting time for this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous, if you were to call them to reserve a table apparently that’s something that they are unable to do. The service is horrible, I would not recommend it.
Like being in Vzla tasting our grills, with some succulent and delicious tequeños as a starter. Or if you prefer their delicious cachapas. Recommended 100 percent. The ceviche is also very good.

Whoever took my order decided they were going to tip themselves 40% not even ask me then have the nerves to give me the receipt back with the price I was given over the phone. I can only imagine how many people they have done this to. Make sure you check your receipts when going to El perdigon!!!
