After reading some reviews, I have to agree with some of them. My main concern is the high price for a small bowl of soup, and the meat doesn’t taste fresh.

I saw Pho 813 pop up and thought I give it a try. It has a nice decor outside and plenty of parking spaces. It also has a nice patio outside so you can enjoy your meal outdoors.
When I first walk into the restaurant, the place is well light and looks very clean. However, not one employee was Vietnamese and there were no Vietnamese customer. Based on that, I knew what to expect.
Given that it was very early, it wasn’t to crowded. I was seated quickly and was well taken care of quickly. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue as that is the dish I try in every new place I go.
The meal came out very quickly. Unfortunately I will say that it was not as hot as it should be. The condiments was not correct for the soup as it was for pho soup. The broth wasn’t bad. But the food is catered to Americans and younger generations. I know my American wife would like it. For me, it was not authentic Vietnamese food and the soup lacked so many ingredients that should be in a Bun Bo hue.
I would recommend this place for the new younger generation or American folk. However, i am sorry to say I would not look to this place if you want real authentic Vietnamese food.

Bad experience with my food. I order my bún bo hue, it was cold and asked for reheat it, the 1st time after 5 min, they brought them out still not hot, waiting for the waitress and asked for reheat the second time after 10 mins waiting they brought them out still not really hot, it's ok. Every one in my party was finished with their food, then they were waiting on me to finish my food. When we paid they included self 18% tip on the bill. That will be fine if everything was fine. With the bad experience I got, I want to chose how much i want to left for tip.

I love this restaurant, the food here is always delicious and the food comes out in a timely manner. However, the last time I visited this establishment I was assigned a very rude server. The server did not attend to my needs or bring any of the things I asked for (napkins, my beverage) until i had asked 3-4 times. about 10 minutes after being served my entree, before i was done eating at all, my server forcibly closed out my tab and rudely dismissed me, and did not check on me for the rest of my meal, did not offer me to-go container or bag or any kind of hospitality. He was a young man with glasses i believe named John. After realizing I had been dismissed prematurely, I felt unwelcomed and had to walk to the host stand to ask for to-go containers, and left before i had completed my meal. Restaurant should do a better job at vetting their servers to actually be hospitable and friendly to guests, not cut and dry robotic and rude. I will be coming to eat again but I would not accept being served by that young man again.

I placed an order online and picked it up myself, intending to treat my employees to lunch. However, when we started eating, we found two pieces of hair in two different dishes. I returned the food and requested a refund, but the employee refused, claiming the hair was ours. This is highly unlikely, as I have short brown hair, not long black hair. Completely disappointed with the experience.

Terrible experience! We discovered two strands of hair in our food, and the taste was completely disappointing.
I literally love 813 pho, the pho is soooo good I basically eat it 1-2 times a week. I just REALLY wish they didn’t pack their hot pho to go in a black plastic container, I order their take out all the time and I love how the broth just tastes like health and wellness but all the benefits are getting killed by the fire repellents and carcinogens that’s in black Tupperware, please change! Thanks!

Wanted to try this spot since I heard good things about the food, but the service just wasn’t good. Came in, no one greeted me so I sat at the bar, sat for about 15 mins and no one came to take my order or anything. Servers walked by several times, no one said anything. Eventually I just left. Will never return. Very uncomfortable environment as a first time customer.

The spring rolls as a starter were much too large and tough, mainly filled with lettuce and a rather present herb with hard twigs in it. They were served with peanut sauce instead of a sweet chili dip. There were exactly 3 tasteless shrimp in each spring roll and a few pieces of tasteless chicken/turkey (undefined). This dish is not recommended.
