I love going here for my lunch time even if it takes me longer to drive because the food and service are awesome. I ordered the summer rolls and then Pho combination.

Excellent! Amazing amount of beef when ordering the beef and spring rolls. 2nd time, both times here, excellent quality and serving size 👍
We ordered shrimp and pork summer rolls, and 2 phos. The broth in the pho was delicious, portion size was good for the price as well.
Giving 3/5 for service in general. Our server was great, 5/5 for him but his fellow servers seemed like they did not want to be there. The service they provided was rude and unpleasant.
Overall would eat here again, but would get up in an instant if we are paired with any of those other servers.

I visited Pho Quyen recently and was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. The environment was unnecessarily loud, not just from other customers but mainly from the staff talking and laughing among themselves without any regard for the diners. I felt completely disrespected — the staff seemed indifferent and even dismissive when I asked for assistance. It felt like they looked down on certain customers, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I expected a much more welcoming and professional atmosphere. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves customer service.

Terrible experience. Smelled foul like there was a sewer problem and flies were buzzing around me - felt so unsanitary. As for the food, the pho broth was too salty and entree foods came out at separate times. Definitely will not return. This is the Fowler location.

I had to try out the local Vietnamese restaurant while I was here in Tampa for a work trip. I was promptly seated and served the water that I ordered. I looked over the menu, which has a good selection of Vietnamese dishes and decided on the Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue). While waiting for my order, several staff asked if I needed anything. The soup was served with a fresh side of vegetable platter of lime wedges, bean sprouts, mint leaves, and hot pepper. The soup was tasty and spicy, the way I like it. The only thing was that it was served in a bowl with a chip rim. Then I noticed the hoisin sauce splattered on some of the disposable chopsticks when I grabbed my chopsticks to eat. Those little details should have been taken care of and would have made it an excellent experience.

Love the BBQ pork with steam rice. The meat was soft and well cooked. Pho was okay, not the best.

Went here for viet coffee, if you’re Vietnamese and looking for coffee this is not the place. This is more of American coffee no hit of authentic viet coffee at all!

I loved it. Pho was great! Quiet atmosphere. Remodeled bathrooms would give it 5 stars.

I've been going to Pho Quyen for about five years. And in those five years the quality has not dropped ever. In fact, I believe they out lasted a neighbor pho restaurant, have updated menu presentation, and is more popular than ever. I always get the combination beef pho, but I have tasted the seafood one as well. Everything on their menu is good but when I introduce someone to the restaurant the first time I always show them the pho first and foremost. The prices are awesome and a lot of young people come here. Several of the waiters, although I don't know their names are so nice and I'm sure they recognize me when I come in. I love it and hope they stick around for a long, long time!
