Food is pretty average. Ordered pork meatballs and the meatballs were cooked to long and bland. Appetizers and soup weren't much better. There are better options locally.

This place has gone down hill fast. The food is far from some of the better bite options in the area. This most recent visit, confirmed why we haven't been here to this specific location (near usf), in a while. We ordered a thin sliced rare beef pho and a vegetable pho, and shrimp summer rolls. The shrimp summer rolls were quite sad and didn't have the freshness you would expect from summer rolls. They seem to have gone with some really tiny shrimp too. Both pho broths were watery and bland as can be. The servers are always pretty nice and attentive, so it's not a service problem at all. I think overall for this location, it's more of a quality issue.

We ordered the chicken pho for my 10 year old and beef pho for my husband and within 7 hours they were both down with food poisioning. Nausea, vomiting, chills fever and sever abdominal pain and dizziness. They both had shared the same noodles from under the chicken. Never again. Not to mention, were here on vacation with our newborn so 2 sick folks in a hotel room with a newborn is no bueno.

Best. Pho. I've had. Hands down cannot find pho that tops this anywhere in Florida and in any other state I've been to. I find myself craving this specific pho and I'm going to be so sad to move away from the area and not be able to come in whenever i want. And the other dishes are great too, highly highly HIGHLY recommend Pho Quyen!!! Food comes out quick and service is great.

The soups are delicious, staff are friendly , and the atmosphere is tranquil. I love eating the thin sliced beef noodle soup and my daughter loves the chicken beef noodle soup. Would recommend to anyone looking for tasty food!

The atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean and cozy. The servers are good but the service is slow. Our egg rolls were just warm when served and the pho was very slow, in fact we were offered another appetizers because it was late. The amount of noodles and beef was great but the broth had no depth to the flavor. I am used to having great bone broth with spices that taste like it's been simmering all day.
