You wouldn’t know it by the humble facing and you’re likely to miss it if it weren’t for the signs on the road, but this is a special operation. Been beautifully worked by two people who serve everything fresh.
I got the ribs, the chicken (which was the juiciest and freshest tasting I’ve ever had), pulled pork, sausage, and the fried catfish (which was dropped fresh to order). None of it even even needs sauce, there’s so much great flavor from the smoking and the seasoning of the meat and somehow they’ve managed to keep all the juices in it. Sides of Mac, collard greens, and baked beans, and all four sauces.
All of that cost under 40 dollars.
In an age where we’re all getting charged through the nose for quality food, this is probably the best deal in all of barbecue. Next time I’m gonna have to try the brisket and get there a little bit earlier.

Had Pibb’s for the first time today. Glad we stumbled across this place because we have yet to find a good BBQ place around Tampa. My girlfriend and I loved the brisket and Mac n cheese. The brisket was very juicy with just the right smokiness. The sauces were also very good. We will be back!
I had Pibb's for the first time while attending the K-Bar ranch Easter event put on at the amenity center. The family and Iabsolutely loved the food! The pulled chicken, Mac and cheese, and baked beans were all amazing!! They definitely have a future repeat customer in us.

I purchased 2lbs pulled pork, went home divided into four 8 ounces serving only to find out I was shorted 6 ounces. At $16 a pound, I lost $6.
Ribs to write home about. This man's ribs can go up against anybody's. Smoke ring, tender, juicy with nice bark. Delicious.
