We went for a company event and everything was great. The server was on top of it and we never waited long for refills or food. All of the staff was polite. Atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Everyone said it was a great place. We will go again in the future.
Went for a kids birthday party and thought it was a great option. We had several lanes to ourselves with a buffer to keep our group together. Designated party person kept up with food and drinks. Only wish there was flexibility to extend our time, but they are busy busy busy on the weekends. Kids got game cards to play in the arcade. The ticket redeeming system takes forever, as it's a machine dispenser.
Had a great time at Pin Chasers in Tampa! The place was very clean, updated, and not overly crowded. The lanes and scoring screens are modern and easy to use. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I recommend updating or improving the display wall above the pins for an even better experience — but overall, everything else was excellent. Would definitely come back!
