I’ve been coming to Pinky’s since my son and I moved here from the Midwest almost ten years ago! There eclectic vibes are soooo welcoming! Ishtar, a waitress who’s been working there almost 8 years ALWAYS remembers my son through the years which means so my bro me as a mom. Their diverse music selection from RnB to country, to old jazz, bebop, classical etc brings us ALL together where for a brief moment in time we are all human. Go figure that!! This will always be my breakfast staple go to as long as I live in Tampa! Things to consider, the wait will probably be long!! But the FOOD is so worth the wait! Get the Jamaican me crazy coffee that’s absolutely amazing! Get a pound ti go to! Skip the chains and shop local! We heart Pinky’s ! Dawn and Julian

We came by after seeing all the great reviews. It is a very small eating area but full of character. We sat at a two top by the kitchen. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about menu. We ordered veggie frittata with cuban toast and cheddar jalapeño grits and breakfast burrito with chorizo and a chocolate chip pancake. We also had the Jamaican me crazy coffee and the bold coffee. I really liked the frittata because they did not put green peppers in it. The burrito was also very good but we both agreed the cheddar jalapeño grits were the best! The coffee was nice and smooth and we could drink it with our sugar The bathrooms were clean and the service was great. A great little breakfast place

Awesome Pancakes! The pancake sandwich is a long time favorite! The service with Ishtar made our visit fun! She is a definite jewel on the staff! A few downsides to the visit were the missing self serve coffee with the funky mug menagerie, some depreciation in the decor, and the bathrooms need some help.

We've been living in Tampa for over a year and tried this place 3-4 months ago for the first time and we loved it! My favorite is the egg sandwich which is always perfectly cooked. My husband enjoys the Eggs Benny. But what's really special here is the staff. Always welcoming and as we go in more, we really gotten to know them and they're terrific! The diner itself is charming and it seems they have many loyal customers. Definitely recommend this place and it's worth the wait!

Great American breakfast. I had a to go order and everything tasted great. I just feel like the portions are pretty small. Again food is good and they have a short wait which is a good thing. Friendly staff but next time I will try to dine in. Maybe on the platter it will be more food. I'm a breakfast girl so this is important to me. Parking is pretty good and location is smaller & gives mom +pop feel so not expecting an arena. The waitresses are friendly & the food exudes southern, homestyle nostalgia.
