This place is AMAZING. A true hidden gem of Tampa. After discovering this restaurant 2 weeks ago my husband and I have visited almost every day for lunch. Our food has always come out hot and tasted great. This may be the best Mediterranean food we’ve ever had. The staff is quick, always happy to see you, and will often suggest things you would like on their menu. You cannot go wrong with a chicken pita or the Tex-Mex. In addition to the main menu, their hummus and baklava is phenomenal. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because they deserve it! We will continue to eat here and support this business.

Pita’s Republic was a wonderful meal! They had tons of options from salads to pitas to sandwiches. The gentleman working was polite and quick to prepare my meal. I was shocked by how large the portion was and how reasonable the prices were. I will be back! The Tex Amex wrap is still the best- haven't been here in 15 years and it was like nothing has changed. Great food, friendly service!
Service was fast and they put plenty of chicken on my gyro! Good price and made sure I liked everything before I left. Definitely the best spot in the area for a good tasting gyro in a nice little shop.
