Pizza Hut in Tampa

“The pizza was great the gentlemen that took my order was great but there was a woman that went outside the front of the store to smoke her vape I believe she has two braids and that was just very unprofessional of her especially in front of customers.“

“I am an Uber driver and I just wanted to say that every other pizza place is not kind nor responsive to delivery drivers. Dylan and the crew were not only so nice to point me in the direction of the drive-through because I was silly and went to the door… But Dylan was so nice and help me and went above and beyond the customer service. I feel that is what fast food should be about fast service and quality service. I’m not a friend of Dylan but I would be if I knew him. You have yourself a good crew tonight. Keep it up!“

“I order delivery. The last 3 times were absolutely phenomenal. (Well last time the cheese on the pizza was baked nicely but bottom (dough) may have been a tad under). Regardless, it was delicious. They use a good amount of cheese, which is a must. Toppings are delicious. The most surprising thing is that their wings are very good. Even when putting very saucing sauce. The chicken wing skin isn’t soggy. They crisp the outside of the wings while maintaining juicy meet inside. Nothing worse than a soggy/soft skin with wings. These are delicious. They are a little smaller. The flavors I’ve tried are amazing. I wish there was a way to split the order when ordering the 20 wing deal. Like 10wings one flavor and 10 another. Delivery is generally good and timely.“

I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut and they had me driving around to different ones , I had placed the order at 11:30 until they sent me to this Pizza Hut 10 min before closing , and Edwin made our day he was very nice and understanding and loved his customer service , we need more people like him !! “I visited this location last Tuesday for their $2 personal pizza deal . It was extremely busy , barely any room to stand inside of the building . I patiently waited for my order . The staff worked diligently to get everyone’s pizzas out as fast as possible . The cashier was very nice she thanked everyone for their patience and apologized for long wait times. Even during a crazy rush the Pizza Hut team on Fowler showed great customer service . It was a pleasure to see . Thank you , I will be back next Tuesday :)“

“The night time manager that works on Thursday and Friday nights is amazing! When my family and I used to get Pizza Hut, it was super hit or miss. So, we would go to different places and then decided to try Pizza Hut out again and ever since that delicious pizza, we’ve made it our weekly thing to go to Pizza Hut and get our pizzas, and EVERY time the pizza is amazing! Always super hot and fresh. The sauce, cheese and toppings are perfect! Seriously, the quality is superb and the customer service is amazing as well. I can’t remember the managers name but he always comes out promptly, the pizza is ready right on time and he is very courteous. Very happy customer and a big thank you to the whole staff as well, they are awesome! I’m sure you think I’m being over the top about pizza but it’s been a nice way to get my family together and it’s a delicious treat to look forward to at the end of my week.“

Christine was so helpful in making sure we had plenty of pizza at the best price possible. I really appreciate her effort to go above and beyond!“

“The pizza is delicious....many options of toppings and combinations, the crust is crispy, not overly greasy...everything is great. We had a fantastic waitress that delivered some of the best service I've had in a long time. And...the atmosphere is great.“

“The food here is good and I can tell it uses the same appliances as other pizza huts. I’m sad that the dining room was closed, but the pandemic did a lot of bad stuff for us. The service is only so-so, with the employees sometimes not noticing or checking the register area for a few minutes. Otherwise though nothing tremendously bad has happened to me, and It’s very convenient! There is a rack with food already made, if what you want isn’t there expect a wait of a few more minutes!“
