“The pizza was great the gentlemen that took my order was great but there was a woman that went outside the front of the store to smoke her vape I believe she has two braids and that was just very unprofessional of her especially in front of customers.“

I had such a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the service truly stood out.

First, the food quality was excellent. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly. The pizza had that classic Pizza Hut flavor—crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. You can tell the team takes pride in making sure orders come out right.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the manager, Edwin. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and he created such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to see management so involved and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.

The entire team was fast, efficient, and very courteous, and the service was much quicker than expected without sacrificing quality. You can tell this location is well run and that the staff cares about their customers.

If you’re in the Tampa area and craving pizza, I highly recommend this location. Great food, outstanding service, and fantastic leadership from Edwin. I’ll definitely be coming back!

When I arrived to pick up my order, she was just as warm and friendly in person. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and great energy. “I don’t know who the older man is that works there, but MANNN he knows how to make a pizza!! If he’s there, the order is fantastic every time!! Reminds me of what Pizza Hut used to taste like growing up, spectacular!! If he’s not there…I’d bypass 😞“

“I order delivery. The last 3 times were absolutely phenomenal. (Well last time the cheese on the pizza was baked nicely but bottom (dough) may have been a tad under). Regardless, it was delicious. They use a good amount of cheese, which is a must. Toppings are delicious. The most surprising thing is that their wings are very good. Even when putting very saucing sauce. The chicken wing skin isn’t soggy. They crisp the outside of the wings while maintaining juicy meet inside. Nothing worse than a soggy/soft skin with wings. These are delicious. They are a little smaller. The flavors I’ve tried are amazing. I wish there was a way to split the order when ordering the 20 wing deal. Like 10wings one flavor and 10 another. Delivery is generally good and timely.“

“The service was impeccable and the food was great. While waiting in the lobby with my 8yr old, a customer became very unnecessarily belligerent and aggressive with Sienna at the register. She maintained her cool and professionalism while being berated by this unruly man. Her coworker Jacob also displayed incredible professionalism in such a tense situation. While the food was great, their customer centric approach was the true star of our experience today.“

“I visited this location last Tuesday for their $2 personal pizza deal . It was extremely busy , barely any room to stand inside of the building . I patiently waited for my order . The staff worked diligently to get everyone’s pizzas out as fast as possible . The cashier was very nice she thanked everyone for their patience and apologized for long wait times. Even during a crazy rush the Pizza Hut team on Fowler showed great customer service . It was a pleasure to see . Thank you , I will be back next Tuesday :)“

“My family wanted to try something new today so we decided to get a vegetarian pizza. We ordered and got our pizza with little wait. The environment was very clean and nice to be in. When we ate our pizza, we were actually amazed to see how good it really tasted. Definitely getting this again next time, and it will be from this place!“

“The pizza is delicious....many options of toppings and combinations, the crust is crispy, not overly greasy...everything is great. We had a fantastic waitress that delivered some of the best service I've had in a long time. And...the atmosphere is great.“

“The food here is good and I can tell it uses the same appliances as other pizza huts. I’m sad that the dining room was closed, but the pandemic did a lot of bad stuff for us. The service is only so-so, with the employees sometimes not noticing or checking the register area for a few minutes. Otherwise though nothing tremendously bad has happened to me, and It’s very convenient! There is a rack with food already made, if what you want isn’t there expect a wait of a few more minutes!“
