I’ve had a great experience as well with Devon that made sure I had my food at a timely manner and made sure that if I was satisfied that he would make sure that I’ve had a amazing experience l. And I can’t appreciate that more than anything. Please we need more people like Devon to keep this franchise pizza hut is one of my favorites

Great pizza, great prices. Highly recommend placing orders through the pizza hut app so you at least make points on the back end for free stuff. Also, quality staff at this location on Platt always makes sure you're order is good to go every time.
Don’t ever order form here. I order a chicken pizza and when I got it there was no cheese and my pizza was crazy thin. Like where is the cheese and where is the dough. I will never and I mean never order fine this establishment again and I will make sure to find the higher up and complain.

This is the absolute WORST pizza I have EVER had. I ordered food for my unit here at TGH for a little Christmas party tonight and what I got I would not even consider pizza! I have added a picture of whatever bullshit you want to call that, their version of a buffalo chicken pizza. Umm excuse me but where is the CHEESE, the crust is thinner than a piece of paper and the sauce looks like dried up I don’t even know. I called the store and gave them the opportunity to make it right and their solution was to give me a credit for the next time I order pizza there. I told them I would NOT be ordering from that store EVER again, which is sad because being that I work at the hospital and it’s right around the corner they would get good business. So I asked for a refund for that pizza to the card I used to pay for it and they told me they will leave a ticket for the manager to fix in the morning. Honestly so disappointing! What a BAD representation of the Pizza Hut name.

Terrible, website wasn’t updated to show they were out of pasta and then they act like it’s a chore to get you something different. Food also took forever and got here cold. Waste of money and joke of a location, won’t ever return and I’ll share the same sentiment with everyone I know.
