I eat from Pizza Hut on Busch all the time and accidentally ordered from this location and I must say I am so disgusted. The meat on my pizza Melt was raw! Despite the fact I ate some of it I was given an $8 credit towards my next purchase!! Yippieeee!!!! I’ll never use that $8 consider it a tip!!!!!

Ordered pizza. Went to place next door. Came back 25 mins later, the time the screen said it was ready and They just put it in the oven. No time frame, kept asking me what I was here for. Showed my receipt. Would never come here again. Place is trash, bathroom disgusting, not sure how they even handle it when it’s busy.

Placed an order for delivery and it was cancelled. As I called to inquire about the cancellation I was placed on hold, hung up on. Called back and whoever answered told me that they said only one person was working and was cancelling all delivery orders. The fact that they told me management hasn't fully staffed this location says a lot about the internal issues and money being lost from this location. Went ahead and ordered from dominos.

I visited this location last Tuesday for their $2 personal pizza deal . It was extremely busy , barely any room to stand inside of the building . I patiently waited for my order . The staff worked diligently to get everyone’s pizzas out as fast as possible . The cashier was very nice she thanked everyone for their patience and apologized for long wait times. Even during a crazy rush the Pizza Hut team on Fowler showed great customer service . It was a pleasure to see . Thank you , I will be back next Tuesday :)
Jammara the manager of this location accommodated me on a stressful Monday night I placed an order online and the topping never added she helped resolve the issue in no time without the headache … I just had to figure out a way to give her Kudos because she deserve it serving people with grace and a smile on her face we need more Jammara’s in the world. I have to say we have not ordered from this location in years!! It seamed as of the staff didn’t care about the customers or the quality of food they were putting out!! Yet TODAY WOW. I live right next to Busch gardens this location is maybe 5 minutes from my house. We placed our order at 130. We left a 15 minutes before it said our order would be ready and made a stop before arriving. Still had time on the track order feature. My daughter went inside she waited a few minutes but the order came out right on time!! Got to the house and both pizzas and breadsticks were still hot!! My daughter actually had to hold the boxes off her lap because they were getting a little pink color from the heat of the food. My husband was shocked that we came back with HOT pizzas. From this location. He went back for second servings. In he said WOW the food is still hot!! Whatever your location is doing you are doing it right!! Keep up the good work and you now have a repeat customer again!!
