The staff cannot read and does not care to make the pizza the customer orders. Every time I order from this store, my order is wrong. I should not have to drive far to purchase a pizza that is made how I ordered it.

This Pizza Hut on 2550 East Flower Ave (Tampa Location) is Horrible! Driver delivered my pizzas someone has already been eaten. When I opened the boxes to look at the pizzas !!! The driver was rude and statement was made to me I Got ya! When I said I’m calling your store now he ran out doors of hotel. I called the store customer service was Rude to me I have to call corporate! Hung the Phone up in my face!!! This has been a bad experience. I went to hotel management to ask them to pull footage on camera! It caught Everything! I will depute charges! and take them to small claims court Over pizzas! And have them pay court fees! This is Bad Business… Don’t Ever order from here! Disrespectful, Disgusting and Ridiculous!

This place was HORRIBLE. We ordered at 7 (online) it say your order would we ready in 20 minutes. Since we were 10 minutes we waited until 720 before we leave. We get there and the order isn't ready. Find out they didn't even make the 2 second pizza. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. To "fix" the problem they gave us $20 credit. But we don't live in the area, so it does us no good. So the problem isn't fixed.

Worst Pizza Hut in the city! My pizza was burnt had no cheese when I requested light cheese! And it was cold! I was there with the given time it would be ready so how could it be cold?! Never recommend!
They’re rude as hell , Sold me a half cooked pizza and when I asked for my pizza to be fixed they told me the manager made it so they can’t do anything it.
