Pizza Hut has always been a favorite since I moved here in the early 80’s as a kid. The last time we ordered about a month ago I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it.I didn’t bother to call or complain.
last night I ordered a 3 topping large pizza with a flavored crust. There was a whole section of it that had no cheese. crust was dry,hard and terrible.This is hardLy the quality they used to be.
We have been supporting Pizza Hut for many years knowing there are other options. Unfortunately after today, as a family we will go to another choice, there are so many and I tried to be patient over and over and no longer can. I hope my money is refunded for the order I just cancelled. Having people who care for your business will go alot further for you. Best of luck.
