Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pan pizza (which costs extra) and what I received was shockingly thin. I honestly thought they gave me the wrong pizza. Even the woman serving me said she’s never seen it this thin compared to how other locations usually make them. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

So my wife is is in the mood to have a appetizer. We got a large pepperoni pizza, black olives and some breadsticks. I got there 5 minutes earlier than what they said it would be according to the screen act like they were having problems because I sat there for another 6 minutes. After the time expired on the screen I get the pizza. I should have felt it but usually I don't have problems with this place but I get it home and it was cold. Breadsticks were cold. My wife called and they said you want to bring it back down there. Replace it. I don't want to go back down there at 1:00 in the morning

The service was impeccable and the food was great. While waiting in the lobby with my 8yr old, a customer became very unnecessarily belligerent and aggressive with Sienna at the register. She maintained her cool and professionalism while being berated by this unruly man. Her coworker Jacob also displayed incredible professionalism in such a tense situation. While the food was great, their customer centric approach was the true star of our experience today.

I never have an issue at this store except for today. The girl had me & a gentleman waiting 10 mins to pick up pizza. When I get home to look at it it looks disgusting. Crust is missing on some parts, I specifically asked for square cut slices since my toddler won’t eat it any other way & it wasn’t done. The pizza looks horrendous, as if a gallon of oil was poured all over. Ruined my appetite

Ordered a pizza at 10:00 pm and it is now currently 11:42 pm and the pizza still hasn't arrived spent almost $35 just to get absolutely nothing.

We normally never have a problem with this spot and love ordering here. However, I was missing items from my order and on top of that my pizza was missing chucks from it. I was greeted with nothing but attitude from the cash register lady who just wanted me to stop talking. I simply told them what happened and that I wanted a refund, I waited at the front for about 10 minutes. Then the same lady came back and said it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund and that the only receipt I can get was from the original order. I get that people have their days but this was ridiculous across the board. Hopefully I get my money back, don't eat here without checking your food, cheers.

I ordered the personal pizza special they were doing a week and a half ago and while I didn't expect perfection for an amazing promo, I did expect complete pizzas and the pictures is what I got. The craziest thing is what they actually sent out. Usually this pizza hut is good, maybe they just had a bad night.
