Ordered on pizza hut website. Got a Doordasher that didn't speak English. After taking forever to get my food they didn't bring any sauce for either sticks.

Pizza Hut is always on point. We ordered delivery and even had to call the store to make an update to the order. The restaurant staff were helpful, even when it's busy. We were told the delivery would take 25-30 minutes, but our food arrived in 15 minutes! Thanks for the quick delivery and fresh food.

In the past this location has fallen way short of the Pizza Hut quality and flavor. Although recently their quality and value has skyrocketed! The last 3 orders I've made from this location has been absolutely excellent! Not sure what happened or what changed but there is now a sticker on all the boxes with the manager/general manager name and number on the box saying if something isn't right to text or call the number listed. Despite the past we haven't have to use the number at all, orders are made exactly how we requested and ready at the promised timeThis location has become our go to and one of our favorite for pizza night!

Good luck talking to a person at the store. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE if you want to make a change on your order. Two thumbs down on service. Just realized they use door dash. Door dash is terrible since they got rid of their competent english speaking drivers… I have bad experiences with door dash and never again. Since they don’t answer the phone and use door dash, I won’t use Pizza Hut again, there’s too many better places.

Our last order we got a call that they had no more of the pizza that goes in the Big box special. It was late and this was our option. They called and said they could do hand tossed. Those pizzas are much smaller and less filling so I thought for sure they would have lowered the price. Nope. I sent them feedback and all they replied back with was thank you for letting us know. Last time. Had an undercooked pizza. Same result. Sad that they are less than a mile from my house. They don’t want to make things right do we will go elsewhere for our pizza. Been a customer if the brand since I was a kid too.

Ordered two pizzas last night and both were absolutely horrible. One hand tossed and one thin crust. Both were so soggy and undercooked that we could not even pick up a slice. Ended up throwing both away. Won't waste my money buying at this location again

Awful food yesterday. Could not eat it. Pizza(hand tossed) burned on the edges and raw in the middle. The other pizza(thin and crispy) was dry and tasted like cardboard. Boneless wings also really bad, they were hard and undercooked and in a pool of sauce. Pizza Hut has been consistent until yesterday. Will not risk my money there again. Sorry
