My family wanted to try something new today so we decided to get a vegetarian pizza. We ordered and got our pizza with little wait. The environment was very clean and nice to be in. When we ate our pizza, we were actually amazed to see how good it really tasted. Definitely getting this again next time, and it will be from this place!

This was always my go to till the manager that on duty today in the morning ruined it by being disrespectful and lie of how he was not being disrespectful.
Terrible service the lady answering phone had terrible English and could barely understand me.

I ordered the 26.99 deal , wrong order hand made pan was under cooked , wings they did not even tossed in half wings were not even eatable I don’t know why I ordered from here I should have listened to kids and stick to dominos

Had the worst experience trying to simply order 1 pizza while i was at work, i called the closest pizzahut and they told me i had to order from the Anderson road one, and as long as i ordered before they close at 11pm i was good.
So i called Anderson rd, at 10:25pm, they put me on hold, FOR 30+ MINUTES, i felt like they were ignoring me so they could wait until it was too late to take my order so i ordered online, it got canceled, i called back and was routed to a call center, finally placed my order, i got a call a minute later at 10:55pm from the manager at Anderson road saying that they had to cancel more order because it was too late, that everyone had already left and he was locking the door right then. AT 10:55PM!!! That means they put me on hold while they closed everything down, cleaned everything up and all clocked out and left before they were even supposed to stop taking orders, theres a reason why Pizza Hut is open till 11pm, NOT 10:30PM!!
Now sure, its not ideal to order 35 minutes before closing, but its even less ideal as a customer to be told a place is still open, only to be intentionally ignored so they didnt have to make 1 more pizza, the employees and manager were so eager to leave. Also, while making this complaint to the manager he hung up on me. This was on Feb 26th at 10:55pm at the Anderson Rd Pizza hut in Tampa. Unprofessional establishment, and an unprofessional Manager, too eager to go home than to stay open as long as they are supposed to. Again, even after waiting on hold for 30 minutes i still placed my order before they closed and they still canceled it. The orginal pizza hut on Hillsborough felt bad for me and hooked me up, his name is Sorren and he will be getting a good review, unlike this establishment

There is a lady who wears a hijab on day shift and she is very rude and will not come up to the counter to help. I called the store from the lobby and she wouldn’t even answer the phone, she hung up on me! Very rude. Just terrible customer service.
Terrible attention! This location never answers the phone for customers that want to order over the phone.

We have pizza at this place at least twice a month and I’ve never had anything to complain about. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is always good! I always place the order online and gets ready very fast.

They don’t even deserve one star. They deserve negative stars and I’ve never said that making a review ever until now.
I had a free medium pizza with two toppings that I redeemed on this order. When I checked out I clicked on (hand it to me) so I don’t know what happened that it changed to carry out. However, I assumed it was going to be delivered because that’s what I picked before placing the order as I don’t have a car and I’m here with a small child. (Whatever mistakes happen)
After 45 minutes, I thought (they’re taking way longer than normal) so I looked again in my email to try to see if I could track and see where they were in the process. It was then that I noticed it was placed as carry out.
I then called the store five times. Two times in a row… Waited a minute, called again two times in a row and then I called again about 10 minutes later. No one would pick up the phone.
I spoke to 2 different people at the call center because that’s where the phone call sent me to, when no one at this store answered. Both times I was hung up on after about 10 mins into the conversation as I was about to pay extra to have this order delivered. The first thing they asked me for when they answered the phone was my phone number… but never called me back. At this point, I was thinking this is absolutely insane and was extremely frustrated so the third phone call (where I actually spoke to a person) was made to corporate because I was getting nowhere and it had been an hour and a half at that point since I ordered my pizza. I was told they could cancel my order and they would put in a request that I could get my points back so I can redeem my pizza at a later time and someone from management would call me within the next 24 to 48 hours as I didn’t receive my order.
Corporate wasn’t apologetic at all. I did not receive a phone call back. I received an email asking for the details. They definitely should’ve done something for me for this huge inconvenience. Even a sincere apology would’ve been nice, but they didn’t even have the decency to do that. I mean It was almost 2 hours later at this point and every single person that I dealt with was extremely incompetent, including these people at the store since they can’t answer the phone. What was I supposed to do? I paid for an order that I didn’t get and I’m trying to get it to me or cancel but not lose my free pizza.
After the way I was treated by the store and by corporate and this absolutely ridiculous experience that could’ve been avoided if someone at the store would’ve just done their job and picked up the phone… I will never purchase from not only this Pizza Hut, but from no Pizza Hut ever again. They lost my business completely now. Dominoes or literally ANYWHERE else from now on.

I called the store two times asking about my delivery, they never picked the phone, finally after the third time the answered saying that the burned the pizza and that was the reason, terrible service
