We ordered two large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and 16 bonelless chicken nuggets parmesan sauce and the chicken nuggets came without parmesan sauce. The pizza was cool but eatable. I called and spoke to Vanessa who stated she was the manager. She said that she could give me a store credit or a refund if I brought the wings back. I said I couldn't drive back because I'm disabled but no refund.. I don't feel that's fair because we spent a total of 50 that's including the 5.00 tip. Terrible service which is why there are lots of bad reviews for this store. I wasn't looking for free food I just wanted what I ordered not to much to ask. It's what you do all day is take orders and make food. Try making your customers happy.

I gave them 1 star because it's pizza hut in all. I tried to call and you have to do a stupid machine and this location isn't even mentioned. I type in 2 different zip codes I have for tnc and still couldn't get it. What a very inconvenient stupid way for customers to get ahold of a location.

Made a special trip for the Chicken Alfredo pasta (my daughter's favorite). The employees were standing around talking with 4-people waiting in line. When I was asked what I wanted to order, I requested the chicken alfredo pasta. I was informed the ONLY items they had were what was in the hot case. NO PIZZA OR PASTA. Whoever does their inventory, needs to be fired. Terrible business. Will not be back.

The pizza is delicious....many options of toppings and combinations, the crust is crispy, not overly greasy...everything is great. We had a fantastic waitress that delivered some of the best service I've had in a long time. And...the atmosphere is great.

I called to order a pizza and they placed the order and charged my card then called me back 20min later and told me that they don't deliver to my area and I would have to come and pick the pizza up or place another order to another location. Didn't get a refund on my order either!!!!😡😡😡
